my bf and i got the chicken fried rice, wings, and chicken pad thai and we were not disappointed! my pad thai was very saucy, flavourful and had spice as i requested. the rice had big pieces of chicken and was flavourful as well. both portions were very generous and can be eaten in more than one sitting. the chicken wings had a nice seasoning and came with sautéed peppers which tied it all together. everything was $35 only!

A hidden gem with great food. The price to portion size is superb, I don't think anywhere else would give you the same amount of Pad Thai for the price. Pad Thai is honestly the best around. And the beef jerky is really good.

I only live a short distance from this amazing Thai takeout restaurant. I have been enjoying their fantastic food for the past 4 months every few weeks and the Chicken Pad Thai is the best I have ever tasted. The spring rolls are stuffed with an excellent mix of vegetables and they are delicious! They are the best I have ever had in my short life of 50 years. You can get your order 20 minutes from when you call! The price is great. One order could be been enough for two people. The spring rolls are the best I have had from any restaurant in years, lots of filling and very tasty. I highly recommend Ting Lao & Thai takeout. Ting is an excellent chef and always prepares the food to your liking. She is a wonderful person

Just discovered this hidden gem. It’s really just a kitchen in the back of the First Choice Asian market, but the food is tremendous. We’ve had the pad Thai, red curry, and the spring rolls, each fresh and flavourful. The noodles and the curry blend the sweet, spicy, and tangy perfectly. The prices are so inexpensive this has to be one of the best bargains in St Catharines. This spot is now our go-to for Thai.

Everything was tasty and great portion size! The noodle soup is really worthwhile and very flavourful. We ordered the papaya salad however and even when we ordered it to be “a little spicy”- it was like 9/10 spice level and we couldn’t eat any of it. Would come back but the was sad we couldn’t finish the salad.

First time ordering from this new restaurant in the north end of St. Catharines. Prices are amazing! Much better than anywhere else. Quality is better and you get more! Highly recommend! It took 30 minutes to prepare as it is just one lady running the operation just so you know. Freshly prepared. White rice was an $3 extra even though the menu says it comes with it in the red curry. The chicken in the pad Thai is great quality. Big slices of chicken breast. Will be back for sure. Update: My last order had 3 huge rotten potatoes in it! Not happy to see that. See last picture

INCREDIBLE FOOD! Best Authentic Pad Thai I have ever eaten. Crab Rangoon is delicious as are the spring rolls. I'm telling everyone about this place! I'm sad I didn't go there sooner!

TING IS A HIDDEN GERM. My first time trying Ting and won't be the last. Everything was absolutely amazing and delicious. Pad Thai is definitely the most authentic i've ever tasted. Ting is very nice and I appreciate how much effort she put out <3 the portion is huge and i don't know if she made any profit 😅 Please support small business like hers. They are the ones who deserve the most support <3
