I buy coffee for my family here every morning. Let's be completely honest, while the staff is occasionally nice, half of the time the coffee tastes horrible. It makes me upset to spend my time and money for liquid that does not even resemble coffee. Getting coffee here is like playing the lottery. I never say anything and just accept it for what it is, but today mine and my partner's coffee tasted like toxic sewer water. Actually, I'd rather drink sewer water than what they gave me. And I paid money and spent 10 minutes in line for this. Very disappointing, especially considering that people start their mornings with a cup of coffee and if their coffee is not good, it sets the tone for the hours to come. Please implement quality control protocols and just.. do better.

Get a few different items from this location multiple times have always messed up the order or dont put any cream cheese or topping required to make a sandwich properly. I have given many chances for then to try to improve as i am feed up and writing this review now. what's the point or asking for butter if they are going give you a dry item its like they just say yes once you actually check you item you will be upset. will highly avoid this location if you go to the others in the area will not disappoint you like these guys do definitely need to update or train staff better

Go visit the North side of Toronto. (quebec and montreal) tim hortons yourself and drink the coffee. The brown staff have ruined the coffee taste and ruined the reputation of the tim hortons. Do some justice. Otherwise, you will lose this simple business, too. Very bad coffee. Seems like cold water. It won't take any longer to lose your business if you can't even serve simple cold coffee.

Very bad service This was today around 7:30 1 there was a bug in the sweets display which I pointed out for them to take out. 2 I had to repeat my order five times to three different servers yet they still got my ICE Mocha Latte Hot!!! I had to literally yell for them to understand my order and they still got the iced coffee wrong. It had too much ice, no whipped cream (which I specifically asked for twice) and does not taste like mocha but dark coffee. I also ordered four small dark roast When I got them no one called me Plus all the lids were dirty. They had coffee spilled all over them and I had to ask them to change the lids. I was about to screem and felt so angry. I really hate calling for the manager so I did not. I have high respect for people who work in the service industry but this was so bad. I hope a manager sees this and takes action. This was the worst experience I've ever had in any store in Canada. Quick edit. I did get a reply asking me to go to guest care and as you can see from the added screenshot, the website isn't even reachable.

Went to this Tim Hortons yesterday for a cycle ride. Got iced coffee and coffee. Employee Bava was very nice and helpful. So quick service. 5 star for him and his cheerful service👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Ordered a bagel toasted with Butter and strawberry jam. As you can see, we were given a very dry bagel with no butter and hardly any jam. Second time its happened at this location. They take no care in preparing your order. Do it right or dont do it at all. We wont waste our time going to this place again.
