All of the staff at this location are so friendly and helpful! Even if there’s a line out the door they’re always patient and kind when it comes to ordering and getting your items ready. This is my favourite Tim’s in the neighbourhood because of how approachable and friendly the staff are. Cant recommend it enough!

Rude and very aggressive server , avoid certain server ,as your service is dependent on their mood at the time . Other servers we're respectful but dismissive of any service issues you have as to avoid confrontation

This Tim Horton's is always overcrowded, long lines, and they get the order wrong. I went in to get a bagel with peanut butter and cream cheese (great combo by the way). They didn't put in the peanut butter but put it in the bag. This is ridiculous. I was starting to drive on a 2 hour trip and I just wanted to have my bagel and coffee while I was getting out of the city. How do you want me to apply peanut butter? I find most Tim Horton's are doing this, so now I stop and see if they put both. Half the time they haven't or worse, they put jam in it, so they have to redo it. It may not seem like a big thing, but I don't understand how they get a clear order wrong so much. I'm amazed at the ones that get it right at this point.

The oat milk curdles in the coffee floating around on several occasions. I asked for milk to be kept refrigerated instead of leaves on the station but no one seemed to care. This temperature abuse can cause foodborne illness. They smell the milk not knowing that food can smell and taste good but spoiled. No one cleaned the dining room 🙃👇😬
