Tim Hortons

The worst service ever.they gave preference to drive through. I was standing the line for long time no one took my order. When they took order after that they gave me the wrong drinks and even no markings on the drinks . I ordered 4 drinks firstly she gave me only 3 drinks. I have to remind her that i ordered 4 drinks not 3. She gave me coffee whereas i ordered tea not coffee. Worst service ever. This is the second time they messed with my order.

Worst experience ever at any time hortons. There is an old lady who was preparing kiosk orders has no sense at all. I am a vegetarian and she was making all orders with same gloves when i tell her to change gloves she make me waited for 25 minutes. My coffee was even not ready in those 25 minutes. I just have to left my money and order.

I asked cashier please make sure there is proper amount of crispy onion. Still there was nothing on it. Even less chipotle. If you are charging for extra things $.60 then why u guys are doing this every time. This location is worst.

Serviceably average Tim's location. More often than not around the main meal hours you'll Be in line for a while. Take advantage of the order kisoks if they're operational.

Highly unprofessional service from Navjot behind the counter. Kept arguing endlessly for silly things. Also questioned the authenticity of a survey code and demanded to look at our phone which is a highly private device. On top of that, the coffee cup was only three-quarters full, and we had to ask for it to be filled to the top.

Family purchased a $5 "Too Good To Go" box that's not marketed as day olds, but are definitely DAYS old from the fridge. Bagel was rock solid frozen and all the pastries were completely inedible. I called and supposedly this is Tim's policy. Could more easily just donate end of day items to a food bank instead of trying to sell "food" like this. Disgraceful and anti-Canadian. Another reason why i will never give Tim Hortons my money.

I went there last weekend around 6 am in the morning and there a big lineup, that's why it took sometime to get my breakfast but that was just my luck. Overall I had a good experience, the coffee was fresh and the sandwiches were good. This coffee shop has a really convenient location right by the highway 427, the only issue is that there's no drive through and that you've to park your park at the back and then walk to the front.

Today is the first time I came to this Tim Hortons location. I like the interior design and seating area. One of the unique Tim Hortons with this style. The staff were nice and friendly. My crispy chicken sandwich was hot and fresh. The potato wedge was a little bit cold but was ok. The kiosks were working. I recommend this location.
