I wish I had zero Star for the customer service . The staff is full of attitude like if they are serving us free and on the top of that while handing the order they just throw it on the counter and no thank you. The order taker priyal was so rude and full of attitude . I think she doesn't like her job at all. She just kept my order on the counter will full of arrogance and no thank from her like we begged for food and didn't payed.... Such a horrible experience. I think she needs to learn to love her job and be honest with it and let go of her attitude which I think is for no reason

The store is on the ground floor of the Lawrence center, accessible from the parking lot or inside the gallery. The service unfortunately is not the best, as the staff always messes up with orders (taking the wrong ones and being rude when making requests). The store always looks messy, with dirty floors and smelly, dirty bathrooms. I believe that because it is in a shopping center, the movement is very intense, but more care is needed. They have an automatic opening door, to serve disabled customers and people with strollers.

Not all Tim Hortons that offer takeaway services are able to package properly. As an Uber and Doordash employee, most of the drinks we buy are spilled even after two steps because they are not packaged properly. The packaging is as follows; They package the product as if they were giving it to a normal customer. When you warn them, they warn you that you may not buy the package. CUSTOMERS ORDERING AT HOME SHOULD TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION.

The management is here is horrible . Manager is rude and unprofessional. There's a black women here who speaks to customers with attitude and has an attitude for anything that requires her to do actual work. I feel her treatment to customers is not deserved and that she should be retrained because her customer service is lacking. Everytime I visit this location my bagel is burnt or has no cream cheese . Stood for 15 mins waiting for my bagel to be corrected just for it to be incorrect again. Manager allows for his staff to laugh at you and will degrade you infornt of them . Lines are always long for no reason at all . Please do not waste your time going here as the service is quite concerning.
