I ordered a bagel the guy was not paying attention he didn’t toasted the bagel and than put the the bagel opposite side and he made me new one again without toasting again

381 Mount Pleasant Rd Toronto location is TERRIBLE. Staff are unprepared and easily overwhelmed. Food is sloppily put together and it takes 15 minutes for them to make a combo (hashbrown, coffee, sandwich), only to bring it home and realize it's made wrong and/or looks like garbage. Re-train the staff, or fire them AND whoever is managing this catastrophe. Put some pride into this location. Tim's used to be OK, it sucks now.

I told them that the Belt classic was 3.99 without the egg and 4.99 with it but they were charging 5.99 for blt lunch with artisan bread. I explained it a few time but they just said it was the button. Old paper and new paper in photos. P.s I overheard about trying to charge for slow cooked chicken it sounded like but it was included in the wrap

I have had a horrible experience with this Tim Hortons. First, they gave me uncooked chicken sandwich. I complained . They made a ham and cheddar sandwich which tasted horrible and inside I found that rotten lettuce(please find the pic below). Also my coffee was supper old and had a burnt taste. I returned the coffee to the manager. Manager said he’s giving me the new coffee which was a complete lie. He gave me the same coffee that I just returned with the same cup which I had my own finger print on it. He lied to my face.. unbelievable. @timhortons
