Filthy very dirty nasty location.... bathroom and restaurant trash everywhere... bathroom looks like a druggie/homeless resting spot... I can't believe the filth. Never seen a tims in canada so bad

This is possibly the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever seen. I live upstairs and constantly, they run out of everything by lunch. This location is probably owned by a franchisee as they have very minimal staff working and as a result there only ever 1, maybe 2 people working if you’re lucky. Sadly I realize that as long as the corp gets their royalty fees nothings really gonna change but I recommend supporting another local coffee shop with people who actually enjoy the job - Balzacs, Mofer, Aroma (literally any other Timmies location)

Went in to get a donut. Employee grabbed the donut but wearing a set of gloves and not using the paper. I checked the donut to see if it was filled (last time it wasn’t) and the donut was wet. I asked for a new one and he looked bothered, got me a new one and put the ONE I TOUCHED and that was WET back into the display case. I told him that he needed to throw that donut out due to I had just touched it and it was wet. I’m unsure how things are ran with management but that’s a serious health and food safety issue when you’re putting product that customers touched with unwashed hands back into display for other customers to purchase and eat.

8 minutes with one person in front of me in which their order was also not filled in that time. I’ve done this job, I know how efficient it can be. I ended up walking out with nothing late for work. If the folks on staff have no interest in customer service work, I suggest they find something else.

Oh dear. Was looking forward to a nice beef burger but they only seem to do snacks. Also they don't have a screen to order from. I specifically asked for a chicken burger/sandwich without anything on it. I even said that I would be happy without any bread. They put lettuce and burger sauce on it and as a result my youngest would not eat it, so a complete waste of money.

Chicken wrap was half the size it usually is. AND so little filling inside. It was so soggy that I couldn't finish it - it tasted like pure salt. Worst wrap made, should've gone to the other location around th3 corner. Overcharged a few dollars as well.

Fast and excellent service here - even though it's always busy. One thing to note is that this location is not necessarily accessible. It has a small step at the front door on the outside. So you may need to enter through the lobby for an accessible entrance from the inside. Pro tip: There are two kiosks here, so when there is a long queue, you may want to use them instead.
