Our coffee is made with 100% Arabica beans, sourced from the world's most renowned growing regions. We also offer specialty beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, iced and frozen coffee, hot chocolate, tea and real fruit Quenchers. Grab a quick snack or delicious meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy our freshly cracked Canadian eggs until 4pm. Try one of our delectable baked goods; cookies, muffins, Timbits, and donuts including our delicious Dream Donuts. I ordered coffee and Nutella donuts but the order taker I think Phillipines. I requested give me a donut in a box he denied . Donut is for my kid . Is your Tim Hortons not allowed to give box when customer asked for 3 times . Wow what a attitude that guy need to learn how to deal with customers. He was rude to everyone. I will complaint to your head office .

Worst Tim Hortons location in area, manager she is so unprofessional she doesn’t work while customers standing in long line instead She’s stand and will like to have conversation withher favourite customer. Food Quality is always bad and never 👎 provided good quantity of food . I think this Manager should be fired immediately if Tim Hortons want to improve their customer service services.

The staff is extremely rude!! I was trying to customize my order and it's okay if it can't be done, however the staff member kept raising her voice and making me embarrassed. I had to tell her lower her tone and because she was so focused on being rude. She even got the order wrong. I know it gets busy but kindness is free.

Ordered ham and cheddar sandwich and after I drove off realized there was no meat in it. Another time ordered double double and got black coffee( saw it after I drove away already)! Personnel is not trained here! There was a girl in front of me, ordered iced latte. The same Tim's employee who made my "sandwich", gave her cup of milk with ice only!!! Forgot to put coffee in the drink!!! How is this possible?!?! I would like to know who the manager here is and how they train their employees. I would suggest him/her to walk down the street and check Tim Hortons at 150 Parklawn. Great customer service, fast, correct order... This location should be closed since it is shame for Tim Hortons, rude and untrained staff!

Very rude and aggressive. I came in at 4:30 pm Aug 3 2023 and she gave me dirty looks I felt very uncomfortable, my husband asked if he can amend his order she said it's too late and then threw out food on the counter we didn't even know it was ours until after she pointed at it that our foods there. At first I thought she's on the spectrum because she didn't make eye contact and I told my husband not to let it upset him, but when she started to give me dirty looks and behave so aggressive I realised she has an attitude problem. She needs some customer service training. Not looking for a chat or a smile but at least respect people the way they respect you. Don't work here if you don't like your job.

Very lazy staff. Always take too much time for mobile pick up. Today 20 minutes for a breakfast. Just six customer. They are lazy specially the fat lady. Very rude.
