T he staff here are incredibly rude. I asked for tap water and they charged me for the cup, which is fine—I understand that policy. However, the way I was treated afterward was unacceptable. One of the staff members gestured with her hands, demanding payment before even speaking politely, even though I was already seated and eating my lunch. This is Canada, and respect and customer service should come first. I had no issue paying, but the unprofessional behavior, such as gesturing rudely for money, is completely inappropriate. Please ensure your staff are trained to interact with customers respectfully. This version keeps the tone assertive but avoids sounding overly emotional, making it more effective for constructive feedback.

How can they close 1h before closing time? Worst tims in town. They have no right to close 1h earlier while its literally says closing time on door and google at 11 while they are closing at 10. I hope that the manager / owner sees this so he/she can be aware what his/her staff are doing.

This Tim’s location always has the friendliest staff, the coffee always tastes so good from here. The food orders are always correct. We love visiting this location!

One of the worker named Jushowa is rude and unprofessional. He doesn't know the customer service. I'm a customer of this branch for long time, and I know this branch and workers very well. All of them are good but not this guy.

The manager was the best, nothing but smiles and kindness! My order was accurate and I got it quickly. The cafe was also super clean and tidy.

I have changed my review. The systems are working well now. Except the mobile ordering part. I can’t order Maple Bacon Cheddar Cheese Croissant on mobile. Its a shame. Once in a while you’ll get a really rude customer, and the entire atmosphere changes. Hence the low score for Atmosphere.

I visited at 8pm on a Saturday night wanting to have coffee. I was wondering if it was over because all the chairs were up, but it was open. The male employee taking the order was friendly. And there is a free parking lot in front. Tim Hortons is convenient because you can easily get to it anywhere in the neighborhood and drink coffee at an affordable price.

Mr owner!!! No need to respond Sorry sorry,,, most of your workers have a bad attitude and are very rude,,,if you speak the same language as them,,,then nothing to do it's your business and you don't care about customers reviews,,, no need to play games with customers,, Otherwise do what Tim Hortons on the Finch & Bathurst down,,, full clean up!! Don't need to say sorry and copy and paste,,,as you are part of this bad customer service
