I was very disappointed in the Kennedy and ellesmere esso gas station. At 1:40pm I ordered a medium double double and discovered a piece of plastic in my drink. This is unacceptable. Poor work environment😡

Tim hortons has gone DOWNHILL big time. Coffee is never fresh. Coffee has to be some how HOT so you won't be able to hold it without sleeve. I have tried TH every where and is always disgusting. I don't believe they even throw the coffee after 20 min. Why ? Because they want to save money. If they throw Coffee every 20 min and make fresh , they lose money. So , instead they rather give it to people. I now go to Starbucks, I pay 3 dollars more, but my Coffee is definitely delicious and has lots of flavors. Not to mention is HOT.

I had a terrible experience at this location today. I placed my order at the drive-thru and was asked to wait in the parking lot for 5 minutes for my steeped tea, which I agreed to. I even confirmed with the staff that someone would bring my tea to the parking lot, and they said yes. After waiting for 15 minutes with no tea, I had to go inside to ask for it. The staff acted as if they had no idea what happened and didn't even apologize for their mistake. If I hadn't gone inside, I might have waited indefinitely, making me super late for work. This isn't the first time I've encountered poor service here—I've experienced it multiple times. Such horrible service and staff. I won't be returning to this location.

Worst Tim Hortons I swear, I just live up the street and everytime I go there for my mom they make me feel away about asking where my order is after waiting 10 mins. Just to find out they forgot about my order and to get the order and get it wrong not once but twice. And I would understand if it happened here and there but it’s every time.

I have ordered steeped tea from this location on 25th and there was a bug/foreign object floating in the tea. It is frustrating that the response I got from them is not at all acceptable
