They always have basics things not in stock. Like chicken or rice is always missing and then they ask you to wait. Like what is the point of a quick takeaway ? If you can only make coffee quickly then do coffee only. Another thing was, whenever I ordered food from here, there staff mostly is not on the counter to make it right away. The person always takes 4 to 5 mintues to start it.

foot traffic better than most timmy's but, then again, it's timmy's. ample parking. saw a crew taking some time out to wipe tables. should have checked the washroom -- disgusting. auto flush is broken, however, manual's working. while it's unfortunate customers nowadays feel entitled, staff should stay on top of the situation. makes one wonder how the food handling is going around this establishment...

I was here today and unfortunately I got really dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out from having low blood sugar. A worker went out of their way to make sure I was okay and that I was feeling better before leaving my side. Thank you again AJ 💕 you’re amazing

They simply can’t get the order right! Ordered a double double and got a black coffee that was already prepared for someone else. Told them about the problem and they gave me 2 cream and 2 sugar to add to the coffee with no apologies whatsoever. Come on guys, train your staff!

Clearly a very mismanaged franchise. We waited 30 minutes for our order after paying, only to be told they actually didn’t have one of the items we ordered and that we needed to pay a couple dollars for the difference after finding a replacement for the one sandwich. Our issue is not with the fact that we had to pay the difference, but that it was clear the employees had no idea what was available in stock and what wasn’t, and displayed no sense of responsibility for ensuring customers such as ourselves were satisfied. I’d suggest going to another franchise location (there are many others in this area).

Visited the Tim Hortons at 4200 Sheppard Ave E and had a generally positive experience. Pros: Friendly Service: The staff were welcoming and handled the busy morning rush with a smile. Quality Food and Drinks: My coffee was perfect, and the baked goods were fresh. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, though my bagel was slightly over-toasted. Convenient Location: Easily accessible with ample parking. The drive-thru is efficient for quick stops. Cons: Crowded During Peak Hours: The seating area can get busy and occasionally impacts cleanliness. Minor Food Prep Issues: A bit of inconsistency with toasting, but nothing major. Overall, a solid choice for a quick coffee or meal. I’ll definitely be returning!

I wrote an initial review but since then have been further disappointed. I work on the same block and used to go daily for breakfast before work. The service, atmosphere and quality has fallen so much that I only go now if I have to because I'm running late or forgot my lunch. Anytime I go, there is some issue, and I'm frustrated. I have brought this dip in quality to their attention politely more than once, warned them that they actively chased away a regular, and I still didn't get the feeling that they cared to lose my business. Today I paid $6 for the sandwich pictured and I plan to take any future business elsewhere. Not only is this not a good Tim Horton's, I know other coworkers and neighbors who feel similarly. Don't waste your time to pay too much to get disappointed in customer service and quality. They also refuse to reopen their seating - I'm assuming due to all the issues and fights caused by the students of the nearby school - but then no adults, elderly or children can be there either. The way it is all piled up is an eyesore and should be a red flag to anyone not familiar. They claim it is temporary but it has been closed more often than opened since the pandemic.

I'm sorry to share the negative experience with their customer service and the unexpected charge for Tim Donation $0.3c. The staff's response to my inquiry was rude and asked me to call Tim office to know more, and the quality of coffee this morning were disappointing. It's essential for businesses to provide transparent information and maintain courteous interactions with customers to ensure a positive experience.
