Tim Hortons

I accidentally placed my order for pick up instead of drive-thru on the Tim Hortons app. I visit everyday and this is the first time l’ve made this mistake. The woman I spoke on drive thru phone on December 27th around 8:50 am gave me the impression that I had made a huge mistake. She was quit rude and instructed me to come in for a pick-up. When I arrived, she gave me the wrong order. I realized later that it wasn’t the coffee and food I had ordered. Manager at this location need to look into this issue.

This Tim Hortons is the best and all the morning staffs are incredible. The manager, Debbie, is indeed very kind to all the customers as I experienced it myself. She's the one who get and make my order and it was so fast and accurate. How I wish I got the same service from another Tim Hortons. This Tim Hortons is very lucky to have her. I hope all employees of Tim Hortons is just like the way she serves customers and it would become an amazing Tim Hortons.

Why can’t Tim Hortons train their employees properly with customer service? I ordered through drive through and first thing I asked for was a coffee. I’m trying to look at what I want to eat and this lady keeps repeating herself “anything else? Anything else? Hello, are you there?” Like lady, I told you “give me one second” and you couldn’t even wait. No one was behind me. As I get to the cashier, the lady is rushing me to pay and giving me my order so fast. Like I only have two hands. I ordered food and doesn’t give me any napkins. I always have problems with this Tim Hortons and I keep wanting to give it another chance but it’s so far way gone from being a great franchise.

Don't go! I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went through the drive-thru and encountered extremely rude staff. They were dismissive and didn’t listen to my needs, and one employee was actually yelling at me. When I asked for a supervisor, I noticed that the supervisor was standing right behind her, doing nothing to manage the situation. I asked the employee to stop arguing twice, but she continued to be disrespectful. The supervisor simply watched and didn’t intervene at all. They didn’t even apologize for the poor service. I ended up paying $20 for this unpleasant experience.

The evening staff at Tim Hortons is fantastic, And 3 times better than morning shift ! especially one girl with long hair who always serves me with a warm smile and positive energy. Even though I don’t know her name, her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stand out. She makes my visits enjoyable every time, and I appreciate her and the evening team effort to provide great service. Thank you for making every stop a pleasure!”

I want to take a moment to recognize Rahul and Naz from the evening shift at this Tim Hortons. Their service is consistently outstanding! They’re always welcoming, attentive, and ensure I leave with a smile. It’s clear they care about their customers, and they make my evening visits so much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate how they go above and beyond to create a great atmosphere. Thanks to them, the evening shift is definitely my favorite time to stop by!

I’m really impressed with the evening shift at this Tim Hortons. The food is always fresh and hot, and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and provide great customer service every time I visit. It’s clear they care about the quality of the food and the experience they offer. I always enjoy stopping by in the evening because everything is just spot on!

This location is usually pretty good. Coffee is fine and service good. However the last time I visited On Dec 13 the worker didn't properly secure my lid at the drive thru. Ended up spilling hot coffee all over the car door and window. Coffee also got inside my car and on me. Cleaned as much as I could but my jacket and car still smell like coffee. Please make sure lids are on securely before handing to customers.
