I recently had a really frustrating experience at Tim Hortons. I waited for a full 20 minutes just to get a simple chicken sandwich, which felt like an eternity during my lunch break. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, the sandwich was disappointingly small—definitely not the usual portion size they normally serve. Not only was I left with half of my lunch break wasted, but the sandwich itself was poorly assembled, almost as if it was thrown together in a rush. Overall, it was an incredibly underwhelming experience, and I won’t be in a hurry to return.

I had a short break from work and decided to use the touch screen to order as the lineup was busy. I ordered a iced coffee and a Belt. My iced coffee had no ice in it and my Belt came without egg or lettuce. Not to mention dry? Im not sure if its supposed to have mayo at the very least, but no egg or lettuce on your Belt is not acceptable… i only found this out after i left and got back to working and therefore could not make the complaint in person… definitely not happy about it

This review is for the lower level Tim’s in the hospital. Timbits were just put down and were hard as rocks. The worker spilled some milk on the lid of my icecap and put it in the sink and ran water over it to take it off! My icecap was all watery because of that! My bagel was also slathered with butter. Not impressed.

The self service screens sold me diet coke and when I went to get it, they said they don't have it. They also said they can't give my money back. That was messed up. If you don't have all the products on the screen, disable the screen or be prepared to give refunds. The good people went above and beyond and got a diet coke from the subway downstairs. I think it is messed up that they had to do that because management don't let them do refunds.

Service is ok. They leave the wrap wax on top of the donut a lot and it gets stuck on the glaze.

Very nice kids working here! I wish the owner will put music on for them since its 6:30 am in the morning! To make it more fun hen you walk in;) I'm a grain free kinda girl and the bakery still looked tempting! Nice display !
