I went in for the drive through. I happened to meet Sugantha at the drive through, she was cashing me out. She was extremely nice, courteous and helpful. She was quick to serve and pleasant as she it felt she genuinely wanted to assist. It is nice to see good customer service after a long time at the location.

Every time I visit, I see her working efficiently and supporting her team with a positive attitude. She’s not only quick and attentive but also brings a friendly and welcoming energy to her work. They started a new thing in this store that, they only accept cash orders by the members and payments by card should be done by the KIOSK, where the scan never works. And on the other hand I don't want to do in kiosk as those will take away the jobs. I was asked to make an order at kiosk, I just told no and here comes the RUDE LADY saying that it will help workers to prepare food. When there is shortage recruit more people instead of shouting on customers who came here to spend money which is going to the workers. You shout on us nothing happens, we go to others Tim's. If you get fired it's tough for you to find a job at this point of time. Learn something called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" before getting into this field. Never coming here again. Thank you

This Timmies is located close to my workplace, and close to the 401/404 intersection. They carry most of the products you would expect, including sandwiches, pizza, and donuts. They have 2 self ordering kiosks. They serve customers pretty quickly.

Careful on what you order. Other than this incident, this is my regular coffee spot, only spot where I can get a coffee properly made. The staff were quick when spotted the fly, removed everything on counter and apologized to guests. Flies are hard to control but proactiveness like now is needed. Thank you team.
