Our coffee is made with 100% Arabica beans, sourced from the world's most renowned growing regions. We also offer specialty beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, iced and frozen coffee, hot chocolate, tea and real fruit Quenchers. Grab a quick snack or delicious meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy our freshly cracked Canadian eggs until 4pm. I recently visited your location to order some Timbits, a twist, and a tea. The server, HARSIRAM, was incredibly rude. While I was looking for my gift card, he was rushing me, which made me feel uncomfortable. After using up my gift cards, I politely asked if he could dispose of them for me since they were empty. He responded rudely, telling me to "do it yourself." I was shocked by his attitude. Earlier, I also noticed him refusing to allow another customer to use the washroom. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but this kind of behavior, especially in front of my toddler, is unacceptable. I visit this location regularly and have never encountered such poor service from anyone else. This experience was a great disappointment, and I will think twice before returning. Please ensure your staff are properly trained to treat all customers with respect and professionalism.

Tim Hortons employees in general are warriors in the world of customer service and the employees here are some of the finest. They work hard and fast to fuel the steady barrage of customers. On several occasions I've even witnessed two coffees being poured at the same time -- my question is, if you're using two hands to work twice as fast, shouldn't you be paid twice as much?

Even after new renovations to make the space more welcoming. Sadly the locals have made this place not a welcoming place to stop and eat. As the restaurant did decide to close the seating area due to the homeless individuals in the area creating a problem. Otherwise service is quick enough and food consistency has kept up to standard throughout it all Tim hortons chains.

The staff there were nice enough to explain to me why they closed the seating section. Apparently, the local vagrants were fighting in there. Although I don't think it's right to punish the rest of their patrons over the actions of a few.. I certainly hope they reopen their seating, at least for the summer.

I have seen worse than Jameson area Tim Hortons have place to sit but, this Tim Hortons no place to seat. All locked up. Staff told us because of our neighbour hood, lots of homeless and druggies. Those homeless are ex veterans or been through lots of pain in their life and the owner of this Tim Hortons don’t wanna let them to sit there on Tim Hortons enjoyed their coffee.

Fast service here! Long line that moved quick. Ordered two bagel belt combos and was happy with the experience. Pretty standard Tim Hortons quality.
