Very slow. Orders wrong. Drinks not full. Like what are they being cheap about. Its turned into one of the worst in etobicoke with terrible employees. Nice people but just awful at working the job. Quality control is gone

Wanted to try the new Bailey donut - ordered, went to pay window and looked in bag and asked if this was the Bailey donut. Girl said yes it was. Got home and discovered it was a regular Boston cream donut. My order was over $17 and didn’t get my donut. So disappointed!

Last week I got a hair in my Habenero Chicken Bowl and I had to throw the whole bowl. And today I got in for Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap. The chicken is completely burnt and inedible.

.I recently visited this location and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was disappointing; the staff seemed indifferent to the needs of the customers. Additionally, the owner appeared to lack interest in addressing these concerns. One of the most frustrating aspects was that they close the patio at 9 PM, even on weekends during the summer. This policy is quite inconvenient, as many people enjoy outdoor seating during the warm evenings. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

ALERT - indoor dining is limited to under 1 hour or your vehicle will be ticketed + new money grab opportunity for the city. I was advised to keep buying something every hour (save receipts) and moving the vehicle to a new spot if I am dining- in longer than an hour & in case I get an unfair ticket then to use the receipt and fight it at the city offices. We the people from surrounding neighborhoods gather here to socialize and give business to this establishment. Weird over reaction to those transit takers who park their cars at this parking lot.

Do not go after mid night or early morning it is full of homeless people and i had to wait 30 min for my farmers wrap because they don’t have sausage and they gave me something else I don’t know what i order at 4:50 in the morning from the kiosk machine and they gave me at 5:20 because i want there and asked my order then they made my order saying me that we don’t have that…..

The product I ordered from this business was extra oily and I told them to overheat, but the product given to me was oil-free and cold. The lady who looks after the cooking department in this establishment does not take her job seriously. Definitely be warned.
