Worst tim hortons experience! I went this morning and there was just one lady working and she was spending 8-9 mins on one customer like why not hire new people when u know it gets busy and u work slow. Second of all, i ordered croissant with butter and bagel with cream cheese and turns out there was no filling in my bagel (that I paid for) AND she touched the food with her bare hands that she handled the money with like GIRL—. Also, in front of my eyes the croissant’s burned like it was on fire, literally, she saw it and still choose to give me the burnt food. Either train your staff better or hire worthy people🤷🏻♀️

Certainly doesn’t open at 5am. Went there to get coffee around 5:40am and it’s still closed when on maps it shows open from 5am

This place is totally garbage. The staffs know nothing about customer service. They barely speak english and they fight with the customer. I have been to other tim hortons and i have been seen employees this rude. Come on guys, you are in a business like tims and this is how you run???? It sucks, trust me the head branch should take them out.

Absolutely the worst service ever!!! Totally rude!!! The previous time I was there, the lady handled money and the food without either washing her hands or using gloves. Her attitude is ridiculous. This time that I was there, as I was waiting in the que, the same lady ignores me for 15 seconds while talking to a coworker. Then, when she bothers to take my order, she totally walks away in the middle of my order, to look at a mobile order.. and decides to fill that instead.... I was so angry that I had to walk out.

So I went to this place at 10:30 pm today which is a Friday night. I’m going to work, I got off the bus only to get some coffee as I wasn’t feeling well!!! The Tim Hortons seemed somewhat closed even though map said they close at 11:00 pm. The Circle K guy said the Tim Hortons is open and they will help you. I told the girl who was in her uniform and played in her phone that I really need coffee. Guess what? She said they are closed. I politely requested her as I wasn’t feeling well but she didn’t seem to care and said “I close at 10:30pm” And that’s it. My humble request to the manager, teach your lazy employees about Customer Service and for god’s sake update the map!!! Never ever coming back to this location!!!!!!!!
