Tim Hortons

I have visited few times for coffee and I haven’t get coffee properly made. I asked for triple triple large and thats bitter than double double. Once or twice if it happens I can understand but everytime is terrible.

I am shocked by the reviews of this location. I have been coming here since my daughter was 6 months old she is now 9. Morning stuff are amazing they know my order as soon as I walk in the store. They are friendly understanding hard-working people. The only time that this location is extremely busy is in the morning when the construction workers come with their orders it's quite a bit of a wait but besides that I have no complaints. And I will keep coming back to this location their service is awesome🩷

Worst experience ever, I went to the counter, there were two Indian people they were talking to each other and paid no attention to customers. The cup was also not all the way full, the taste of the coffee was okay compared to other tim locations. The girl was showing soo much attitude and didn't even bother to give me a sleeve for the cup. The boy was flirting with the girl. Not at all being professional. Give them a warning and if this behaviour continues fire them.

I'm living here for three 3 years now. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been. My bf has a small difficulty with pronouncing certain words, and the crew (indian woman) was laughing at his pronunciation when he made the order with "less sauce." She turned off her mic twice in the middle of the order and was laughing. When asked about it, she said she was laughing at something else going on at the place. I dont know if their priority is taking orders or having a party at their workplace. She apologized with such a disrespectful attitude, and she said thank you for teaching her manners. Well, congratulations on making strangers teach you manners! Tim Hortons, train your staff better!!! I'm never spending my money on this place again.

I was here last evening and the manager was so unprofessional. He slammed the drive through window shut in the middle of conversation with another customer. He was yelling at customers, giving the biggest attitude to customers after making the order wrong. On top of that during work hours he was using his friends to fill out surveys at the bottom of receipts from other customers to give himself a good review. He was literally making fake reviews about himself. The manager from last nights shift needs to be retrained on customer service or fired.

I ordered an iced coffee and got one that was extremely sweet and too creamy. I asked the worker to remake it because it had too much sugar and cream. Initially she was nice and remade it for me but the one she made again had much more cream and sugar. I tried explaining that this is not the regular amount and she just started being rude and disrespectful telling me thats how it is (going on a rant) and not giving me the chance to speak. I went quiet because I’m not going to argue for a cup of coffee. But I don’t understand why the employees are so rude at this Tim Hortons, why is it this normal for you to scream at a customer (btw I was not rude or screaming or causing anything) in front of everyone? The manager needs to work on the customer service of their staff. Side note: I get iced coffee every morning and it does not taste this sweet. For reference you can see how much creme is added by how light the coffee is in the picture.

Went to Tim Hortons today and ordered a small white hot chocolate. I got home and opened up the lid only to find a bug floating in the cup. I was so disgusted. Do better!
