“I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location, primarily due to the behavior of the manager. I found the manager to be rude and unprofessional, which made my visit extremely unpleasant. Instead of addressing my concerns with understanding and respect, they dismissed me in an unkind manner, leaving me feeling unwelcome. As a loyal customer, I expect a certain standard of service and professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial role. This experience has made me question whether I want to continue visiting this location. I sincerely hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their attitude toward customers. Customer service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.”

I visited the Tim Hortons located in the hospital for a quick lunch, which is very convenient. I ordered a mocha coffee, but it didn’t taste like the usual Tim Hortons quality. While the server was friendly and changed my drink, I felt it was unfair to charge me extra due to the inconvenience. Overall, the service was decent, but the extra charge left me a bit disappointed.

This Tim hortons rarely gets bagel orders correct. I asked for double toasted and double peanut butter. Worker looks at the screen order multiple times and still doesn't make it double toasted and double peanut butter. Missing the double toasted is okay for me. But missing the double peanut butter when you paid extra 50 cents is when I had to tell him to correct the bagel

This Tim Hortons sits in the midst of Sunnybrook Hospital, Odette Cancer Centre. It is like an oasis in a desert. Adding cheer to patients and staff alike. You can savour their Flatbread Pizza, Cheese Crossant, Sea Salt wedges and Iced Coffee or choose as per your preference. This Tim Hortons is different. Every day it adds cheer to hundreds of patients and staff.

Don't bother ordering Dipping sauce from here. If you're not lucky you won't even get it. And if you do you'll have a dip container 1/8th filled. Both times I've ordered here this has happened. $1 for Chipotle dip and can't dip more than 3 wedges without running out

If I can only put less than one I will. They charge everything from buns and take advantage of people since they are the only coffee shop in the hospital.. in other Tim Hortons restaurant or drive thru.. the combo are complete. But this one mh My gOd... They charge everything and they are the slowest and I would say the dumbest in getting the order.

As far as ive visited here ive had good service. I agree the line is long but food doesnt taste that bad. I got the grilled chicken combo it was quite big and the potato wedges were good too. Coffee was very good. Overall good location quite busy some people have no patience thats all. Giod seating area as well.
