Raj took a my order and was amazing! He works very efficiently and with such a bright smile, it boosted my day. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons, hence why I’ve decided to leave a review. Great job Raj! He deserves some recognition :)

I visit this Tim Hortons regularly, and I have to say, one of the team members truly stands out. Mr. Raj does an amazing job, especially during the busiest hours. Even when the line is long, he manages everything efficiently with a smile on his face. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor make every customer feel welcome, and he always ensures that orders are prepared with great quality and care. It's clear that he takes pride in his work, and it's people like him who make this location a great place to stop by. Keep up the fantastic work!

This Tim Hortons is one of the best I've been to in the city. The staff is always kind and patient no matter how busy they are! I've never had any issues, and they work very hard and very fast! Thank you to everyone here!

Here’s a reI love stopping by this Tim Hortons located in the gas station! Even though it’s a busy spot, the staff here does an amazing job keeping everything clean and organized. They’re always quick with orders, and it’s impressive how efficiently they manage the rush. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with friendly faces, and all the staff are so sweet and attentive. Great service all around – thank you to everyone working here for making each visit a positive experience!

Fresh all the time, Raj on the drive through is friendly and super fast , it has 2 garbage cans which I don't see at most ti. Hortons. Keep up the good work, I will keep coming every morning with my brother fresh coffee and breakfast.

I ordered a classic lemonade from here. I don’t know what they made. The lemonade tasted like water. The drive thru was also very slow

Food and Drinks are just like any other Tim Hortons. Service on the other hand is just horrible. They definitely need new order takers. I’m waiting at the window after paying, I can clearly see my orders ready yet the girl is taking another order on her headset and running to get muffins for her next order. No wonder there is at least a 8 car lineup at the drive thru

The experience at this store is horrible . I have noticed multiple times that the person who said his name is ‘Raj’ who is at the drive through is extremely rude while he is taking orders . He is reluctant in telling the store address or his name . I hate to take nationalities into the picture but he thinks he can look down on others . While people migrate to Canada they don’t realize that they have to keep their attitude back home . We shouldn’t promote businesses like this where customer service is terrible and they think it’s fine . It’s because we customers accept their horrible attitude . Look at all the reviews for this store . When I told Raj we are going to complain he said it’s fine .When is Tim Hortons ok with this ???? I am sure even by putting this review nothing really will happen but at least another customer gets to see their true colours . If the owner or any representative is seeing it please don’t keep managers like him 🙏🙏your other staff the ladies are pretty good . Please don’t damage your stores reputation with people like this .
