There is a girl working, name Sweeta. While taking my order, she was extremely rude, showing no courtesy or professionalism. Her behavior made the experience unpleasant and unwelcoming. I urge management to address this and ensure staff treat customers with respect and kindness.

Google map shows wrong address as 2902 Ellesmere, I couldn't even orde from the App. The staff I asked for address was kind and friendly. The one who served my order was impolite. She asked if someone did a mobile order, I said yes. She was filling coffee, and about to put at mobile order sign area. When I was to pick up, she raised the voice saying not mine but another customer's who ordered in store. Confusing.

I love TimHorton’s located at 2862 Ellesmere Road, Scarborough. All staff are kind and helpful. The environment in this place is very nice. One of my all seasons favorite place to enjoy my coffee♥️and food♥️

I ordered maple bacon/ egg muffin today with large ice cap and a 10 timbits. I repeated my order 3 times, and they still managed to mess it up. I received 2 bagel maple bacon baggel instead of muffin.the order taker was also giving attitude and thought i did not hear her "Gosh!!" maybe for repeating the order?. I tried calling back but no one was answering their phone.

The international students working here are horrible. They water down your coffee. The taste is different. The baked good are never fresh and sometimes still frozen in the middle. Unfortunately I order here on my way to work. Their prices keep going up and quality keeps sliding down. I have no choice but to give undeserved one star at least.

Very High traffic Tim Hortons that still remains clean and efficient! This location has been a fave in Scarborough for YEARS. Best spot to have a group meeting, study, get some work done. The cleaning staff here are always on duty. Rarely do I see tables with garbage or mess left. The waste receptacles are always clear and cleaned. Today, I even saw on of the staff cleaning the exterior area where people smoke. She even wiped down the garbage bin outside! Of course, they prob don’t HAVE to do this, but the cleaning crew here definitely purely takes that extra time to make it a comfortable and clean spot for the amount of people in and out. (Atmosphere gets a little crazy during peak times, especially in the evening ha with students and larger groups staying long periods of time. But if you don’t mind the busyness, then it’s quite lively and great for people watchers LOL)

I came here multiple times. Location is great. Lots of parking and close to 401. It is always our meeting place whenever we go for a long drive to the east like Ottawa and Montreal. Service is good. I ask for extra tap water for a child and give me right away. More people are here always, the fact that it has the hospital across. And stores like food basic and dollaram is in the plaza.
