I have been here from past more than a year, and almost every morming from previous 2 weeks to get a coffee and start my day fresh.My order has been taken a good care of by the staff specially the girl named Jaanam. Overall excellent management and great team work.

Worst experience ever. One of the employee lady who was working Sept 29th at 8 am around provided the worst customer service ever. We ordered 2 hot beverages and gave us one. When we asked, she had the audacity to say she gave both and argued like we are trying to deceive her, but she gave only one. When she found out it’s her mistake, she told she took my glass because I asked for whipped cream which I never did as I hadn’t received my latte at all. When I told I didn’t then she told it comes with whipped cream. We ordered one more because of this and later she told she can’t do anything about it. Worst customer service. It’s fine if she forgot, it’s about bad attitude in employees and trying to disrespect customers.

Great location. The service is really applauding, The manager named Aman really goes beyond the way for her work. The interior of this location always makes me to come back. Hands down, it’s one of few good locations.

Staff screw up your order a lot and take a long time. Store front never has anyone and you end up waiting for 5 minutes or more. Drive thru makes you park up front for coffee but people getting food can wait at the window. Not a very good structure. The other Tim Hortons runs much smoother

I come here every morning and there always seems to be a problem with either my food being wrong or the the attitude from the drive thru people. I’m absolutely sick of this service I’ve been getting here after spending hundreds of dollars here. Something has to change with this location. It’s been like this since day one of opening. Would strongly avoid going here. EDIT- Yet again another day of attitude coming from the employee’s that work here. Rose specifically always seems to fight back when you explain nicely something in the order is missing or you didn’t even pick that food item for example. Total zoo at this location over and over again. I asked for a Nutella donut and they charged me a vanilla dip, but continued staying they gave us everything already. Rose then asked us to pay for the donut but had already charged us for the other one. Maybe use your ears next time and listen to the order instead of fighting the person. THIS IS THE LAST TIME ILL EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION. You just lost service forever. Highly recommend the Tim’s location beside the beer store. Enjoy.
