We stopped on our way home from up north. We always stop at the same store. The coffee tasted like it was sewer water threw it away. The donuts were hard and old like two days old. What has the fast food industry come to? Trying to save money while stealing customers ? Apple fritters are so good now I will never go to Tim’s ever again

Finally, a Tim Hortons that gets it right! And trust me, folks, I’ve seen some doozies. As a proud Canadian who spends so much money at Tim Hortons that I’ve occasionally considered leaving my six-figure job just for the food and beverage discounts, I know my Timmies inside and out. I’ve been to over 500 Tim Hortons locations across this great country—living in Vancouver, driving cross-country, you name it. But let me tell you, the Shelburne Tim Hortons at 802 Main Street is the only one I want to visit again. Why? Because they consistently get my order right every single time. Hold the door, folks—this is rarer than a moose doing a double-double backflip! Now, I’ve seen some catastrophes in my time. Like the Surrey Tims that once served me what I now call a “coftea”—a double-double with a tea bag tossed in for good measure. Or the Tim Hortons near me on the 89, where the manager seems more interested in ogling the young staff than running a respectable establishment. (That was the same place that served me the infamous turkey bacon club—with no turkey but enough mayo to double as a flotation device.) And let’s not forget my beloved Alliston location. Whether it’s rush hour or just me in line, you can count on a 15-minute wait while the manager refills things that were already full. Efficiency at its finest! But enough about the disasters. Let’s talk about the rare gem—the Shelburne Tim Hortons. This place runs like a well-oiled coffee machine, and it’s all thanks to one superstar GM: Amanda. When I visit most Tim Hortons, it’s like watching a chaotic circus. Orders flying left and right, workers spinning in circles, and me silently wondering what surprise concoction I’ll end up with. But with Amanda at the helm, it’s like watching a symphony. This woman has the place by the jugular—she knows what’s happening at every moment. I’ve visited this location about 20 times, and more than half the time, Amanda’s been there, running the show like a coffee queen. The true test, though, is what happens when the boss is away. One late evening, I overheard some staff debating what to do when they ran low on bread. Instead of panicking, one of them said, “What would Amanda do?” That’s right—WWAD! And just like that, they all knew exactly what to do. Bravo, Amanda. You’ve turned this Timmies into a sanctuary where I can sip my coffee without breaking into a cold sweat about what might show up in the bag. Shelburne Tim Hortons, you’ve set the gold standard. To all other locations: take notes, hire an Amanda, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll get there someday.

How hard is it to make a a coffee. 1 cream 2 sugar, you have set buttons to do it. Read a screen, I worked at timmies it is not a hard job. The managers need to train their employees better.

I ordered Tim Hortons off DoorDash and reported it to DoorDash they said there wasn’t an issue with what I got and wouldn’t credit me for this, all my other things were fine I ordered from this Tim Hortons besides my four cheese bagel I asked for herb and garlic cream cheese and plain on it which I paid extra for and I barely even got cream cheese at all on my bagel

Quick stop for me on a long drive , worth it , fast service , good seating arrangement. Clean washrooms. Love it . Had a steep tea ☕️ hot and fresh.
