I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons this morning. I mistakenly placed a mobile order for a coffee and muffin at the wrong location. When I arrived at the drive-thru, a gentleman explained to me I had ordered at the wrong location. He went out of his way to offer me the same items. Their kindness and excellent service truly turned my day around and filled me with gratitude. To the “Saturday Crew”, you guys are awesome. Thank you for making my morning truly fantastic! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Karina was so helpful and kind with my order! I really appreciated her amazing customer service and warm demeanour. My order was taken promptly and accurately, all while she was so pleasant to chat with. Probably the most pleasant customer service I’ve had at a Tim Hortons ever!! One employee lied straight to my face to boost their cookie sells. This happened yesterday morning. She asked me if I’d be interested to buy a smile cookie for the food bank. I asked what the flavour is and she said chocolate chunk, which I like. I also saw some cookies already packed ready at the drive thru window. Yet this is what I got instead. Shame on you for disguising your real intention using the charity as a facade.

7:30am on a Saturday morning… this Tims is a great location with ample sitting and ample parking. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Muskan took is very personable and took my order with a smile. Always a pleasure to come here.

Came all the way from Mississauga, came to the drive through and it already started to be horrible. Lady did not give me the chance to speak kept on rushing and got my order wrong. I got an ice cap with cream and caramel and chocolate on top and they did not get a single thing right. Tasted warm and stale

I come here occasionally and the quality is good. Service is quick and nice. This place is also busy all day. The turkey bacon club sandwich i got was decent but it is way over priced. Its tiny for the price your paying.

I went to this location by 12noon and made the mobile order. When the order was completed with order number.the order through different location. The store manager Arsh did favorite for me make same order for me like roast beef and coffee. Cause don’t want me spending time and gas. I am really appreciate it!
