I recently visited Tikka Junction, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. Here’s why: 1. Pathetic Service: The waiters were clueless about the menu and the dishes being served. Half the menu items were unavailable, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. 2. Untrained Staff: It’s evident that the management hasn’t invested in training the staff. The food service was chaotic—appetizers were brought after the main course, and the staff didn’t know how to serve properly at the table. 3. Awful Food: The food quality was subpar. Some dishes were overly salty, while others were excessively sour. The flavors were so inconsistent that it left me questioning how this place is still in business. 4. Ambience: The seating arrangement was extremely congested, making it difficult for people to move around comfortably. The overall atmosphere was uninviting and far from enjoyable. 5. Poor Hygiene: The washroom was in a terrible state. No tissues were available, the hand dryer was non-functional, and the wash basin only had cold water—no hot water option at all. 6. Excessive Wait Time: Despite the restaurant being poorly managed, there was an unreasonable wait for the food to arrive. Final Verdict: This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the service to the food and hygiene, everything was below standard. I strongly discourage anyone from wasting their time and money at this establishment. It’s shocking that this restaurant is still operational—it needs a complete overhaul or should simply shut down. Rating: 0/5

it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place lacks basic professionalism and quality standards. First, the service was atrocious. We had to wait an incredibly long time just to get seated, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. Once seated, it took ages for someone to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. The staff seemed indifferent and unorganized, which only added to the frustration. When the food finally arrived, it was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did it look completely unappetizing, but it was also served in a messy and careless manner. Plates were smudged, and the food appeared unhygienic, making me seriously question their cleanliness and preparation standards. It’s shocking that a restaurant would serve food that looked like it had been thrown together without any care. To top it off, the atmosphere was equally underwhelming. The place felt chaotic, with loud noise, poor lighting, and no sense of comfort or warmth. It was clear that creating a pleasant dining environment was not a priority here. Overall, the long wait times, unhygienic food, and poor service make it impossible to recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Went for evening snacks with family after a tiring day. Music was so loud for table conversation. Restaurant doesn’t offer FREE water : only bottled which is charged. Food tasted okay, food served timely. For the price charged, restaurant could have provided a little bit more quantity.

Vegetarian review: 😤 - They refuse to serve you normal tap water and you are forced to buy water bottles with food. Hakka noodles - they were okayish Manchurian - not sure why but they just replaced paneer with Manchurian balls, looked more like chilli paneer but it was yummy, and the balls were soft, would recommend to try once. Dal makhani - quantity was really good, taste 2/5 Laccha paratha - was very thick and would not recommend Jeera rice - they were good, you can order with curry. Would like to highlight the quantity of non veg food (my friends order) was really really less, 4 chicken pieces (that too very small)for $20, and chicken biryani - $18 was just enough for 1 person. I have tried a few restaurants in the Niagara region, and most of them are a bit expensive. However, Tikka Junction is even pricier than the others. The quality of the food does not justify the high prices. We ordered Daal Makhani, Paneer Lababdar, and a couple of rotis, which cost us $90. Additionally, they do not provide free water and you have to pay extra for a bottle of water, which is unreasonable. As for the food, the Daal Makhani lacked flavor and was disappointing. On the other hand, the Paneer Lababdar was good. Overall, I felt that the meal was not worth the cost, especially considering the cost. The restaurant's ambiance was decent, but it did not compensate for the high prices and ordinary service. In comparison to other restaurants in the area, Tikka Junction falls short. Other places may charge similar prices, but they usually offer the same quality food and of course, won't charge for water. I expected more from a restaurant charging such high prices. Unfortunately, Tikka Junction did not meet those expectations. I would not recommend Tikka Junction to others looking for good value and quality in the Niagara region. There are better options available that provide both at a better price.

If you're ever in Niagara, you have to check out the most amazing restaurant by the street – it's an absolutely stunning spot! The ambiance is perfect for a memorable dining experience, whether you're there for a casual meal or a special occasion. My partner and I spent our long weekend in Niagara, and dining at this restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was perfectly amazing and delicious, each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. From the appetizers to the main courses, every bite was a delight. The drinks were mind-blowing, with a great selection of cocktails and beverages that perfectly complemented our meal. The mixologists really know their craft, creating drinks that are both visually stunning and delicious. The atmosphere was inviting, with a beautiful setup that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It's definitely a must-visit spot in Niagara, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for fantastic food, excellent drinks, and a great overall experience.
