Arrived after 3pm on a Friday. Place not busy, but after placing an order, it took a significant amount of time for the order to arrive. I think they have under-staffed the chefs. However when the noodles arrive, I know why it took so long. You know it's really hand made! The noodles are done well, and deserve the wait. I wouldn't advise this place if you are in a rush, but if you're willing to wait... Do come! Personally speaking, this restaurant you come for the noodles, the toppings are just add-on. Order the large bowl, and you ask for 1 additional free serving of noodle. Keep in mind their noodles are heavy!

Ordered a regular size spicy hot pot ($15.99), more than half are vegetables. They didn’t even tell me that I can choose the vegetables and meat by myself, just asked which one I don’t like.

We visited while this restaurant was in soft opening. They has basic renovations only. They have different thickness of noodles in the menu but the server didn't ask for our preferences. They give us thin/medium thickness noodles at the end. They looked like hand pulled as the thickness was not even. There were only a few small beef slices in the beef noodle bowl. The soup was okay. The dry noodles didn't have much ingredients in it but taste was alright.

New restaurant. Food is just ok, their signature spicy mix is just a bunch of low cost item. Nothing stand out. The noodles, on the other hand, is slightly better. At least the noodle texture, and the soup base, are acceptable. Service is good and attentive. However, since only one FOH, sometimes she steps away on the kitchen (not sure what she’s doing) and will have to wait for her to reappear. No music in the restaurant, making any conversation feels very awkward.
