My inlaws love this place. We had a drink while getting them a gift card for a Christmas gift. The food menu looked amazing and the wine, beer and cocktail/mocktail menu was well thought out. I hope to try the food next time, but the drinks were tasty.

The food was delicious, and my friend and I were able to get food from the dinner menu even though it wasn't quite dinner time yet. We did feel a bit rushed by one of the waitresses, though!

Went to Dining with the Dead last night for the first time - what a unique and fun idea! The food was delicious. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere was on par too. Just lovely. The Medium Kerrilynn was friendly and sweet. BUT...sorry but there is a BUT :( It was a full house with all of us coming in with hopes and expectations (regardless of how much we knew not to) to be read and get a visit from someone we've lost and miss. If time was allotted less to just a few and more to many it would have been more smiles all around. I was not the only one leaving as I did. Honestly, I dropped $140 and really couldn't afford to do so but wanted to just get something...a quick acknowledgement. Anything! I left there feeling full (from my delicious meal) but empty in a way I haven't shaken today. I just wanted to write a review not to criticize so much as to just let others (and the people organizing this event) know my experience and hopefully try to make it a happier event for more than just a few.

Went there for Saturday lunch. Food was good, staff was nice, restaurant was not crowded. Kids had a $10 mac & cheese (kid's menu) which was generous enough to feed 2 kids. We had the shrimp curry tagliatelle which I personally liked but wife found too spicy. Mahi Mahi with "spicy chorizo jambalaya" was not spicy and was clearly the best dish we had. 2 mains + kids mac ended up $66.

Lovely little spot in Downtown Bowmanville. We stopped by for lunch and it wasn’t too busy, had a great atmosphere and comfortable seating. There were four of us and two had the grilled chicken sandwich, one had the buttermilk chicken with mac and cheese and I had the elk smash burger. All of the food was terrific! Everything tasted fresh and the in-house made sauces and sauces and dressings really sent it over the edge! Would for sure return!

I've been here twice and both times had an great experience . Lunch has a wonderful selection of charcuterie items which we enjoyed with some wine. We returned for dinner for our anniversary and the food was fantastic. Excellent service, great ambiance and delicious food.
