Always delicious and filling. My absolute favourite for quick and home-style Malaysian comfort food. My favourites are the lemon grass beef and the curry chicken. Highly recommended 👌

The BEST hainanese chicken! This is my comfort dish and this place does it so well. I've been here a few times and the chicken tastes so succulent and flavorful. Also love the garlic rice and pickled veggies. It also comes with a hot soup. We also tried the fried chicken and that was very good as well.

Small little eatery but their Singapore Hainanese Chicken rice is on par with the real thing. Good spicy chilli with just the perfect amount of sourness. The rice is fragrant and right spot on for what you get at good hawker stores in Singapore. The chicken is smooth, tender and fresh. Doesn’t feel like those re microwaved disappointing chicken at the other 3 reknown Malaysian restaurants in the GTA. Too bad no roasted Hainanese chicken rice but that’s super hard to come by in North America. The chicken ayam has good portions and feels like those you get in Johor and KL. Lastly try their curry puffs. Awesome puff texture and good amount of spice in the curry. The kueh lapis is nice but a bit pricey. It’s the real thing and spot on on flavoring of nutmeg and cloves. Beats the other bakery too that is in toronto.

Located inside the Upper East Food Club. Expectations were low since there aren’t many good Malaysian restos in Toronto BUT this place gets a thumbs up from my Malaysian father. The owner is Malaysian and such a nice guy. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy and the curry was on point! Food and service was fantastic and we will definitely be going back soon to try some new items that will be on the menu. Bonus: 15% off when paying cash right now!

Absolutely delicious hainanese chicken rice! Will be returning for sure. Price was really good for Yonge street. For less $17, you an authentic tasting Hainanese chicken rice, with free-range chicken. The chicken was really really good and authentic. You could tell they made it with care. It was slow boil and then dunked into ice-bath. This is how you get the jelly in between the skin and meat on chicken. SUPER TASTY chicken!!!!! The rice was flavourful, had hints of ginger and chicken fat. Really really yummy!! But I will say, the house-mad hot sauce was really a big highlight as well. Unfortunately they don’t sell this house-made hot sauce. The curry chicken was good, really flavourful. Curry is also very subjective. Curry was delicious and went well with the rice. Asian style fried chicken was crispy and juicy on the inside. Desert was super yummy, the pang-dang was really really delicious. 200% recommend.

Located inside the Upper East Food Club, this place has pretty reasonable prices for what they call Vietnamese and Malaysian fusion. We personally really enjoyed the Hainanese chicken here, which was deboned and very tasty, as well as the lemongrass chicken vermicelli. At the time they were offering 15% off with cash for their grand opening, and unfortunately weren't able to make pho which was originally on their menu. But would definitely come back as the food was delicious!

Everything was delicious, and the owner was so kind! Super wallet friendly too, for the portion sizes. If you want authentic Malaysian / Singaporean flavours, you have to head here :) Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the hainanese chicken rice (ESP THE CHILLI!), curry chicken (the gravy was mild enough for the kids to enjoy!), and fried chicken with rice (we topped up for sambal fried rice, was worth it!) This is my first-ever Google review, b/c this was worth it. 🧡🧡✨🧡🧡

I tried 3 dishes and loved them all. My mom is Indonesian, and their curry chicken is authentic. They use good quality chicken in their Hainanese Chicken Rice, which tastes like free run chicken. Their lemongrass pork is so tasty as well. I will definitely come back to try the rest of the dishes. Keep it up!!
