I recently visited THG for the first time, and I was impressed! The fried chicken was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The seasoning had just the right amount of spice, and the meat was juicy and tender. The sides, especially the mac and cheese and coleslaw, complemented the meal wonderfully. The restaurant’s atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My food arrived quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the portions were a bit smaller than I expected for the price. That said, the quality was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I really like this place. I’ve had it two times so far, both times got the hot box combo 5. First time, the portions were huge and it was definitely worth it. I went again today but the tenders were almost 2x smaller than the first time, and didn’t get as much fries. They also only gave like 2 slices of pickles, the first time we got a good amount, as you can see from the pics. It was a little disappointing, but hopefully it isn’t like this the next time I come here.

5/5 for the food but 3/5 for the service. We ordered Hotbox Combo #3 and it offered GREAT value for our money. The sliders were way more than enough and extremely tasty, with great sauces inside. Get the max spice level (hot) for the best taste! Fries & the jumbo tender were great add-ons. Also ordered the wings and fries with bread & pickles. There were just 2 pickles (which were also in the Hotbox Combo), so it didn't feel all too special. But the wings were still good enough! Just taking away a star because my order was cooked and ready but even after asking the cashier to just hand over my packed bag to go, she chose to serve 3 other customers before handing me my order. Granted it was super busy, but I feel like this spot could do with a bit more organization.

Food was top notch as expected. Amazing portions for the right prices! I think it's the best hot chicken spot around. Fries stay crunchy and delicious and the sliders are filling. The tender is perfect. The spot itself is very small and doesn't really have space to eat considering they're usually packed with a line. But that does not take away from the scrumptious food!

Great place to get some fried chicken in the city. Wide selection of combos that are affordable and great tasting. A large amount of food for what you’re paying for and very filling. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get very good food for their money.

The overall environment was friendly. The lady at the front did a great job and has great customer service skills. The food overall was a 2/5 for me. The fries were very bland. The picture I uploaded is the fries that were given to me after I asked for EXTRA SEASONING on the fries. This shouldn’t be advertised as hot fries because there is barely any salt or spiciness to the fries. The chicken seemed dry and tasted like it was made hours ago. THG used to be my go-to spot for fried chicken but my last few visits has made me rethink my choice. I’m not sure if there are new workers in the back preparing the food. But all I can say is THG is not how it used to be before and I don’t think I’ll be revisiting anytime soon.

Chicken is very good, crispy and seasoned. On the other hand the mac and cheese and fries are a huge disappointment. The fries feel like they are from the grocery store and baked, they look nothing like the videos you see online. The mac and cheese isn’t cheesy at all and comes with onions on it. This place isn’t bad but don’t think it justifies the high prices.
