Yesterday, we had a wonderful dinner at The Zen. Rohan was very kind and helped us select dishes from the menu. We ordered Thai chicken with mango and beef noodles, accompanied by Pina Coladas. It was an amazing experience, and I would love to return. The restaurant is clean and cozy, the food is delicious, and the portions are satisfying.

I loved their Chinese green tea 🍵 and the portion sizes are so generous. Perfect dinner. The fish was well cooked and everything we ordered was so tasty!

The food was average and we had the general tao and beef stir fry which were incidentally made in the same sauce. More over an 18% mandatory tip was charged which isn’t fair. I won’t be coming here again unless I run out of options.

Indian style Hakka Chinese food is always flavourful and delicious. There is a depth of flavour that you get when combining traditional Indian and Hakka spices. The Zen has mastered this delicate balance and has also added some Thai dishes to the mix. I was recently joined by some foodie friends for a wonderful meal. They were not very familiar with this cuisine but they all really loved it! Our meal started with Chicken Pakora and Manchurian Cauliflower. It was followed by our chef's choices of the popular Chilli Chicken, Manchurian Fish, Zen Special Shrimp, Crispy Ginger Chicken, Hyderabadi Chicken 65, Fried Rice, and Spicy Hakka Noodles. That was a lot of food and it was all good, darn good! But wait, it didn't stop there! After chatting with the owner/chef, he prepared an off-menu dish for us. It was a simple and very tasty Vermicelli Noodle Soup that everybody loved! We hope it ends up on the menu! Everything was delicious! Many thanks to our host/chef for a wonderful meal!

Food was okay not bad . I was just amazed how fast the food came...it was as if they just took it out of the fridge and warmed it and waa laa... Its done 😑... Like total 5-7 min and the food was already on the table .. I've had Chinese food in Mississauga and I've had better food then this so ...I would say it's more of a 6 / 10 experience for me ... Driving all the way there because saw the rating was good so thought let's try it but honestly not as impressed as I thought I would be . Ordered the beef fried rice .. chicken pakora and the bombay chicken I think that's what its called .. also the mango lassi.

Probably the best Hakka available downtown at the moment. Food quality is good, dishes are prepared well, and flavours are on point. Price is a little steep for Hakka food but given the availability of actually good Hakka downtown I don't mind paying. Chili chicken and Hakka noodles were both excellent. Hakka and Thai are chained you usually don't see together, but if they do they're Thai to the same standard as the Hakka I'm sure it's delicious. I'll definitely be back to try a bunch of their other dishes.

This place was AMAZING. We mostly ordered from the Hakka menu. Food came super fast, hot and fresh. Almost everything tasted amazing! Lollipop Chicken gets an honourable mention. As for the fried rice, the ginger overpowered the taste of it, but I think it might have been a mistake. Other than that, I will 100% come here again and recommend to all of my friends.
