Delicious food. Tried impossible burger with vegan smoky bacon and it was very flavour, but a bit dry though. Overall good food and service. Will order again!

I came in at around noon today, I'm not from the area , not very familiar with this area & had just left an ultrasound appointment and wanted to buy lunch , and noticed this place so I stopped in before the drive home. When I came in they were not busy, (only 1 table with customers seated)anyway, I went in said hello to the young lady at the front , WAS IGNORED, and started to walk straight for the bathroom, I had to drink a lot of water for my ultrasound and planned to stay for lunch afterwards. The same young lady standing at the bar shouts across the dining area " CAN I HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING!?" With a bit of a tone in her voice I stopped and walked back to the front and explained I was going to order lunch I just really need to use the bathroom, she said nothing in response. I used the bathroom, came up to order and was treated pretty dismissively, almost as if my questions about the different burgers annoyed & bothered her. She also didn't seem to know much about the food sold here herself. I ended up just ordering some fries and got them to go, it was awkward & uncomfortable. I got cold fries and a horrible experience for my first time here.. definitely will not be back and will look into other places I could grab lunch after my appointments that would actually appreciate my patronage & money. This young woman seriously lacks customer service skills, I work in customer service and would never think to behave the way she behaved today. It was mortifying.

Today is our 2nd time dining on this restaurant since we loved the food and service the first time. The food we ordered are really good but the service we got from Christine (not sure with the name, she has long, curly, coloured hair). (Edit) She is not that accommodating, it is not busy today as she was serving two tables only. We ask for water and she gave us just one glass which my husband and I shared.

We arrived here close to closing time, we had an amazing service and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had heard about The Works, and I'm glad I finally had a chance to try it. Food, Atmosphere and Service were excellent. There is an extensive selection of crafted burgers and a great assortment of sides. They place a big pitcher of cold water on your table which is great. The onion rings are excellent! Our server, Sky, did a fabulous job of looking after us. She had great suggestions, and the food served was right on time and piping hot. Great work Sky! We'll be back again.

Creative burger toppings and names. Yummy milkshakes and craft beers presented attractively. Service fast and friendly. Unfortunately the great looking natural fries were served hard and cold, and the ‘Sexy Burger’ may have mistakenly had peanut butter instead of cream cheese.

It was my second time visiting "The Works" but my first time visiting this location. All I gotta say is that this location was way better than the other one I went to! The burgers were amazing and although they seem pricey they are definitely worth it. There are many different kinds you can try! The fries were bottomless which is great especially if you love fries. The milkshakes are also really good but can be a little sweet. The service was amazing and made us feel welcomed. The actual interior of the restaurant is also nice and clean. Overall I highly recommend this place if you enjoy burgers and want to try something different. We will definitely be returning to try some new ones!

I liked the appetizer was very yummy, and even the water was flavorful. I ordered an Elk burger which was so sweet for me so I could not finish it and the waiters gave me a coupon for my future coming. :)
