Have been here a number of times but particularly noted the quality of service on a visit a few days ago. Our server was very attentive to our needs as we made a couple requests for additions to our orders, and everything came exactly right. My favorite burger here is the Malibu Meltdown, but I usually ask for the onion ring on the side and give it to my spouse instead. I mentioned this offhandedly and they brought the meals out with the onion ring already on my spouse's plate! Bring a good appetite or be ready to take a box home as the portions are definitely filling.

This place was awesome! They have gluten free options, their poutine was gluten free too!! Also they had 1 server and the service did NOT suffer at all. He was Killin it!! Also the waters and milkshakes were hilarious, coming out in a measuring cups! The menu items Also are great! It is going to be a place we come back to! We had Rod (Rodrigo?) As our server, he was wonderful & fantastic at his job! The food and drinks were amazing and the portion sizes are massive! Honestly I couldn't have been happier with my experience 10/10.

The burgers are massive and had thick patties. Great quality. We also got the onion ring tower, probably the best onion rings I’ve ever had. Came with 2 amazing dipping sauces as well.

The server was very welcoming and friendly. She checked on us often. The restaurant was nice and cozy and clean. The food was great! I got the BAB burger with the dice-cut chips, and my bf got the Ring of Fire with the sweet potato fries. They were very juicy and satisfying. The chips were actually so much better than I expected. I think they might be better than any store bought chips I've had.

Food The W Burger - bun to topping ratio was off, unable to support the toppings without falling apart That said, the topping combination was good, burger juicy, tasty, would have it again Range of topping and burger combinations, something to appeal to most tastes, nice that you can customize your burger choosing your bun and protein Fries - nice sized portion, HOWEVER, they were served warm and quickly became cold minutes after arriving at the table; this is a big NO for me; didn't ask the server to rectify the issue because I was pressed for time Tower O Rings This is a go-to classic whenever I visit The Works Onion rings were crispy but oddly chewy which wasn't pleasant; like the fries, they too were barely warm, clearly the food was waiting for a few minutes and not under a warmer before being served Sauces accompanying the onion rings were both tasty The appetizer and mains were served together This is a BIG no; wait time was reasonable Service Wait staff were prompt, friendly, attentive Atmosphere Nothing particularly remarkable but the panoramic rising glass doors onto the street were enjoyable I'll visit again but next time when in the area but will send back warm - cold food

Friday dinner place - we went to this place at 10 pm, just one hour away from closing. We ordered: 1. Crispy Dill (5/5) 2. Weed Salad (3/5) 3. Warpig burger (3.5/5) Bill was around $60 for two people. Portions are generous and we packed some. Nice place nearby Front Street.

I recently visited The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer for lunch with my co-workers, and it was a delightful experience. The service was great, with our food arriving swiftly and the staff being attentive and friendly throughout our visit. We ordered a variety of items to try out their extensive menu. One of my co-workers opted for the Kamikaze burger with stuffed cheese. Although he enjoyed his burger, he mentioned that the stuffed cheese was not as prominent as expected, which left him a bit underwhelmed. On the other hand, the Three Ring Binder with stuffed cheese was a standout. The cheese was generously oozing out, adding to its visual appeal, and the taste was phenomenal. For dessert, we indulged in the 2001 Shake Odyssey. This shake quickly became my favorite with its perfect blend of peanut butter and Oreo cookies. I'm a fan of both ingredients separately, but combined in this shake, they created an irresistible treat. Overall, The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer provided a great lunch experience with a few highlights and minor areas for improvement. The service and some of the dishes, especially the Three Ring Binder and the 2001 Shake Odyssey, were outstanding. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a satisfying burger and an exceptional shake.
