Burgers were amazing! We each chose something different, and different sides as well, and were all thoroughly impressed. The owner came out to chat with us and was very friendly and we had a great conversation about our travels and his other restaurants. He gave our boys a great mango creamsicle dessert after that was super delicious. We had an excellent server as well, we would definitely come back when we’re in the area.

This restaurant was so fun! I wish I had gotten our servers name because she was the sweetest and funny. The shakes were delicious and the burgers were great! I would recommend stopping here if you’re in the area! Service was fast and food was made well.

I had a fantastic experience at The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro! The customer service was outstanding; the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised when they let me use the restroom for free, which is not always a given in many places. Their respectful and courteous response really stood out. The ambiance and atmosphere were top-notch—cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The food was amazing, but it was the exceptional service that truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend The WORKS for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming environment!

The mozzarella bacon balls were really, really salty. The onion ring tower was impressive and tasted pretty good. They serve their drinks in large glass measuring cups (lol).

We ordered a Malibu Meltdown with an Impossible Burger on a white bun with extra Beechhouse Sauce. They took the request for extra Beechhouse Sauce very seriously! Hahaha! And thank goodness they did because it's amazing! The side we chose was Spicy Die-Cut Chips. They were perfectly crispy and delicious! If you've ever had Cactus Cut Fries from Boston Pizza, you know how amazing they are! The Crispy Dills are the best we've ever had! They batter is incredibly flavourful and crispy...and it's also the perfect amount of batter. Not too much, and not too little! We ordered W Sauce, Beechwood, Buttermilk Rach, and Chipotle. Our top 2 were Beechwood and Ranch; although, they're all amazing! The 16oz. Classic Shake we ordered was double chocolate and DANG was it good! If you like the chocolate shake from McDonald's, you're gonna extra love this!!! The patio was the best spot to devour all this yumminess! 10 out of 10!

Excellent burgers! I have a dairy allergy and they were so helpful to find something for me to eat. Absolutely delicious and I would definitely go back again. The workers were very friendly as well.

Awesome burgers that break the traditions well. Good portion for the price. Everything smells fantastic. You literally follow your nose to this place. Super Friendly Staff. Smart and simple interior design. Clean Washrooms. Patio Available. Paid Parking Lots, Meters and Garage Nearby. Bus Terminal Nearby. No credit card surcharge.
