I had the Tragically Hip, burger with the home made chips and every bite was amazing from this perfectly cooked burger. The staff was amazing as I kinda outdated my welcome after meeting a friend I hadn't seen in 39 years. Best experience possible! Great job to everyone.

Amazing place to eat before the show at Oakville Performing Arts Centre. Great food at a great price and the service is second to none. My grandson loved the poutine. Chloe was a superstar waitress. We will definitely be back!

If you're looking for a burger experience that goes above and beyond, The Works is the place to be! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a laid-back yet vibrant atmosphere that screams "burger heaven." The menu is a dream for any burger lover, with an incredible range of toppings and creative combinations that cater to every craving. Don't even get me started on onion ring tower and the fried pickles. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the outstanding service from Alexis and Quin. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from helping me navigate the menu to making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail turned a regular meal into something extraordinary. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service shine equally, but The Works nails it. Huge shoutout to Alexis and Quin—you two are the best!

Honestly, I don't know where to begin. We ordered 2 x Taste of Heaven burgers (Order number: 386461). The patties were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. They were loaded with salt, to overpower the taste of stale meat. The gluten free bun was days old, dry and hard. The sweet potato was uncooked properly. Not sure why I bothered ordering the sauces (hotter than hell and w-sauce) since I did not get them for the last 3 take-outs. And all that for 57 CAD?!!! We ended up throwing everything out and had something else delivered. This place went from serving one of the best burgers in Canada to selling "food" unfit for human consumption. I will definitively never visit this place ever again.

Our server, Sarah, went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent dining experience. Her hard work, attention to detail and great food recommendations (and delicious indeed!) made for a wonderful Sunday lunch. Great service, great food and nice decor! We will be back, hungry for more!

I went here last month for dinner with our 2.5 year old. There was a 20 min wait to get a table which was not a big deal. Once we were seated the waitress was very pleasant to deal with, we ordered drinks and the food for our kid. The drinks took 15min to come and we never saw any food for 1 hour and 20min which was the kids meal and appetizer, our mains took a total of 1 hour 35min which ended up being cold. Everyone around us was in the same boat the servers were super apologetic but the manager was no where to be seen. The table next to us requested to speak with him only for him to show up and say acting like there is nothing wrong then to not really care what the customers were saying and just use the excuse that it’s new staff in the kitchen. He didn’t take the opportunity to apologize to anyone else on the patio when we were all extremely frustrated. He then went back to the entrance and stood there for 30min talking to the host of the restaurant next door. I requested to talk to him when he was done socializing only to be told that he pulled and “Irish exit out the back door” 1.5 hours before closing. I understand that unfortunate situations happen but as a manager you should be doing rounds apologizing to customers and doing what it takes to keep things running as fast as possible. I never saw him carry 1 drink or plate to a customer. I would avoid at all costs while it’s under this management.

Great food, service and very reasonably priced for the quality of burgers. My partner had a lettuce bun which we have not seen before, maybe we don't have that in UK. Loved the broccoli starter.

Deeply impressed with the burgers and service here. unlimited fries and generous helpings. Measuring cup drinks and a really relaxed atmosphere. The quality of the meat and the fries is well worth the visit. It's not the type of place you consider fast food either. It's a must visit place again for the cost of ordering at any old main chain fast food burger joint you get a quality meal and way better service and atmosphere!
