The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer

We crashed the place after a long day walking at Falls. We heard of the works and had to try it. kudos to Wynne & Co who went above and beyond for us. The food was on point.

First and foremost, my server was PHENOMENAL early midday on 9/25! She was informative, suggested great options (elk meat) and was super friendly! The food was excellent and I would recommend this place to anyone!!

The server was amazing and very sweet. She sincerely recommended and explained the menu items. The food was perfect—everything tasted great, and the portions were generous. The milkshake, in particular, was incredible. I couldn’t finish it because of the size, but it's a must-try!

Our server Hollywood was great and very patient with our table as the selection of burger was quite all tempting with our group of 6. Personal favourites were the -Kamikaze burger with Pull pork poutine -Sweet chika Chika boom boom with Ceaser salad -The W burger with unlimited fries Only thing I found even with the mass selection of great flavoured burgers. The Pattie’s themselves seemed to be slightly overcooked/dried. This location seem to be okay with seating as we got there around 6pm.

Disappointed. I used to like this place a lot but it has changed. It was my spot to go every time I visit Niagara Falls. The service isn’t as great as before. There aren’t kid friendly (maybe we weren’t lucky that day). Well the did offer some drawing for the kids but you will have to leave the strolley aside. They let us move the table to arange ourselves so we can fit all together… as a family… I was disappointed of my burger very dry and salty. The nice thing about that place is that they suggest a burger with some elk meat which could be interesting to try. My dad that took it did not like it. (Second times we came with him here). Surprisingly the poutine was not that bad and the thin cut fries were pleasant. Overall the service wasn’t that great neither the food. The washrooms weren’t the cleanest. The smell was unpleasant. And there are not pet friendly.

The burgers were delicious 🤤 You can definitely taste the freshness of the meat. The fries were good but not crunchy. The place was packed and we had to wait around 15 minutes I feel like the prices are a bit high for a burger 🍔 but i was not disappointed by the flavor.

It was a very hot day. The restaurant was on the warm side. The waitress was very sweet. Love that soda was severed in measuring cups. Love the poutine. I had the wagyu burger, which was awesome. Highly recommend

The Works was so delicious and they have a great selection of food! I read reviews of this place prior to our trip. They don’t disappoint. The food was delicious, the service was good and the prices reasonable for the area. It was extremely hot that day and their AC was having a hard time keeping up, but otherwise it was a great place to go and we would recommend it. The children ordered milkshakes which were really good and very big! The portions were excellent and everything was hot and perfectly cooked.
