The Wing Spot - Queen West

I am deeply disappointed with the service I experienced. While I was waiting to pick up my order, the girl at the counter was using her phone and chatting with someone. The order was ready for packing and hand to me but still she continues to use her phone. This is highly unprofessional and unethical during work hours, especially in a customer-facing role. It shows a lack of respect for customers and their time. I hope the management takes steps to ensure such behavior is not repeated and that customers are treated with the attention they deserve.

I found this place on accident looking for a different wing place, and I can say that I'm pleased to have stopped in! The loaded fries were very flavorful, and the wings were great as well! 10/10 would recommend.

DON’T ORDER HERE! Ordered 2lbs each , 4 lbs total and supposed to get at least 48pcs of wings but only got 24pcs.

The garlic parmesan is a bomb!! Melted garlic on parmesan cheese was super flavorful. Wasn’t drenched in sauce so i could still taste the chicken meat - just the way i like it. Well balanced flavor. Although i was not a fan of cajun rub as it made the chicken dry along with it. Will order again💯

After my final day attending TIFF industry events this year, I had an insatiable craving for wings. Unfortunately, this craving came at 1:30a.m. Fortunately, The Wingspot is open until 3:00a.m. If you want flavourful wings in the wee hours of the morning, this wingery is an excellent place to check out. With over 100 flavours (you are constantly reminded of this), it’s unlikely you won’t find at least one option you’ll enjoy. Personally, the dill and honey garlic are my favourites (so far - I have over 90 more flavours to try). Something I’d like to address is the care this location gave in regards to my gluten intolerance. The server went above and beyond double checking all of the sauces/ rubs in order to ensure they were gluten free and alright for me to consume. He also notified me as to which items on the menu to avoid due to cross contamination. I felt safe, and was able to eat three entire portions of wings without getting a reaction! I definitely enjoy this wing spot, and will be back (most likely at 1:00a.m.)

When you order spicy wings, you get some random white sauce on top and they make all kinds of different excuses as to why the sauce is on top. If you order a poutine, sometimes you get cheese curd sometimes you get shredded cheese. Unfortunately, you never know what you’re going to get. If you ask them for a malt vinegar a.k.a. brown vinegar they tell you they give it to you already But they end up charging us three dollars extra because they seem to think that you’re talking about gravy. You pay 2 dollars for not even a oz of gravy.. I can assure you every time you order from this place your order will be different and they will have some type of excuse or reason as to why it’s different

I love this location. Just down the street from my place. Excellent food. Excellent vibes on the weekends! The have a fantastic summer 2024 special running everyday with $10 order of 1lb wings (they are big) with any sauce off their menu. My personal favorite is the Malvern Girls ( former Scarborough girl now a Downtown Lady😊😂)!Order a $6 basket of there famous Mexican fries that are the best loaded fries in Toronto for me. You get a drink with the fries! The garlic parmesan wings were wicked! Just a cool place to chill, eat and vibe with friends or family 💋!

Just visited this place for the first time. Great interaction with the owner or worker guy! Very nice and quick service. The food was 10/10. Definitely recommend to try the chilli onion fries were and the messy sweat heart wings! Cheers
