The Wicket is a great little spot to meet friends and family and hang. Thank you Nigil and his crew for the fun and music and the yummy blacken chicken

Chicken wings and jerk chicken sandwich were good! Hot sauce options were super good, nice spot close to the park went there for the first time and left satisfied with food and service

I go regularly on Monday night for Balfolk jam sessions and it has become a tradition to chat with Nigel, get drinks and have some delicious food. You could spend hours at the bar, the dart room or just hang out with Nigel. Very close to the subway and conveniently located. A place where you can take your friends or teams to.

The food is the best pub food I have ever had! The lemon pepper and cajun wings and the burger are so amazing! This place is a hidden gem! Nigel the bartender is a sweet guy who always gives a generous pour but go for the food too!!!

I don't often leave negative reviews but the food was not good. The Greek salad was full of massive chunks of cheese and poorly sliced onion, the soulvaki was dry and hard, and the chicken burger was complelty burnt along with the fries. This place is great if your going for a drink, watch a game, and have some chips, but I would steer clear of the food.

Beautiful rustic pub near High Park. Ideal to drink a beer after work. The beers are local. The service is friendly and gives tips for eating and drinking. Highly recommended!

Decent neighborhood spot, but better options are very close by. All prices are pretty reasonable given the location. Food is pretty standard bar food, nothing has been particularly tasty over the past few times I've been. Service is friendly and fast. Would recommend if you are looking for a simple neighborhood pub.

This is a solid neighbourhood pub! I wouldn't have thought to check it out, but the google reviews convinced me otherwise. Glad I did. The atmosphere was very comfortable. There are two levels, so there is plenty of space. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. My glass was never empty before I was offered another. The food was very good as well. I got the suicide wings and they were how I like them. A slow build up of burn that stays with you long after the food is gone. If you come early (before 6 or 7pm I think) all the beers are a buck off. They also had some other cheap drinks that day as well. So, you won't break the bank having a few here. I'll definitely be back.
