Ian was fricken awesome!! He has impeccable customer service, very kind and patient guy, will definitely be returning :) such a vibe, and has alot of enthusiasm, so grateful to have had a server such as himself. Happy holidays!!

My friends and I decided to come here for cocktails and appetizers as I wanted to show them this place. This was such a disappointing visit. I’ve come here twice before without issues. We visited tonight around 10:15-10:30pm they had $10 appetizers as their Sunday deal. We got three appetizers with a peach Bellini, their strawberry lemonade drink and a coke. The peach Bellini was the only drink that actually came out good. The strawberry lemonade had plastic sitting in the drink as well as on top. We brought it up to the server and they said it must’ve been something in the blender. I assumed it had come from the packaging off of one of the ingredients for the drink. We asked for it to be remade but they suggested scrap the blender all together and not order another drink that requires using the blender. We suggested they clean it and have the drink remade. The remade drink comes out and there are no complaints. My friend had a coke and my other friends made faces when they tried it after him all in confirmation saying it was terrible. They urged me to try it but their faces alone told me everything I needed to know. He then asked for a sprite which he said was flat just like the first coke. My other friend had the berry blast which doesn’t mention sprite in the ingredients but the server wouldn’t have the drink remade. Our appetizers came out and the presentation was great. We saw pictures from other reviews showing balsamic vinegar on the bruschetta which there wasn’t any on ours. Then we got the potato skins which were good for the most part but lacking anything special. We also got the quesadilla. It was sad and dry and my friends struggled to eat it. I actually ended up getting food poisoning from the food here. Never coming back.

Really spacious location. Fast service we went on a Saturday night and it wasn’t too busy. I recommend the California sliders. It’s only an appetizer, but it’s really filling. Didn’t feel the need to get an entrée because I was so full.

Tried The Wave Bar and Lounge near Square One. The experience was average , the salad we ordered was not fresh. Service is ok. Overall mediocre experience. Pricing is ok, between cheap and expensive.

Great & clean atmosphere. Our server (Isabelle) was friendly & efficient. The food was excellent & portioned well & worth the price. I've included photos of all what we ordered.

I came here after a friend had recommended the place to me and suggested the calamari. I ordered the calamari. Once I got to the car I opened the box to check the order and was shocked by the portion size. I have never received such a small portion from any establishment, even my friend who was a long time customer and recommended the calamari was surprised by the amount, and this was at a 13 dollar price point not including tax. I went to the manager to bring up the issue and he said "sorry that's the portion size, each portion is weighed out at 200 grams". I left back home and weighed the portion, it was 102 grams as you can see in the photo. When I went back to the restaurant to once again to bring up the issue, this time with photo evidence that the portion was indeed smaller and ask for more calamari, the manager was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even acted confrontational as if this were to escalate to a physical altercation saying phrases like "who do you think you're talking to like that" and needless to say would not make any amends to the situation. All he could say was "that's the portion size". I have never had a manager who acted so unprofessional. He even kept telling me he is the owner (which I found hard to believe given his lack of professionalism). Even when I showed him the photo of the scale with 102g as a measurement, he would not admit their mistake nor make any steps towards rectifying the situation. This was the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere by far. I visited at 1:00 am on Wednesday Mar. 30. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope the real owner looks into this and fires that self proclaimed "owner".

I came here on the grand opening. There was a good number of guests that were already seated (after it only being open for an hour), and more trickled in during my stay. That's a good sign of a much needed restaurant & a warm welcome to them as well! We were seated right away and everyone was super friendly. Since it was their grand opening, they did have some specials on drinks and some samples going around for people to try. We got to taste their Asian Chicken Bites, Green Goddess Flatbread, & Calamari. They were sooo good! We ended up ordering their Thai Nachos & Truffle Fries. The Thai Nachos ($13) were amazing! Love the fried wonton, & all the flavours worked so nicely together. I just wish it came with more than 5 nachos..... The truffle fries ($9) were okay - a bit greasy. They are thin like McDonald's fries. The flavour is good and paired nicely with their aioli. Not a huge fan of the choice of Parmesan they added on top - tasted too artificial? Would have been better with freshly grated Parmesan. Overall, the food and atmosphere are great! I'm giving it 4/5 because I wish you could get more for your money. It does seem pricey for the amount you get. Granted we only ordered appetizers, but their mains seemed a bit on the higher price. Perhaps because I came here thinking more "bar food", so I'm not totally upset. I will definitely have to come back, and hope to see this place here for a very long time. It's much needed in this area of Mississauga!

I went to The Wave last week with some friends and we had an absolutely AMAZING time. The food, drinks and service were all great and I had no complaints at all. They are definitely one of the best bars to hit up in Mississauga. Make sure you check them out!
