The Shuck Truck is a great little outdoor spot, with absolutely delicious seafood. I got the Po’Boy Haddock Sandwich, a shrimp taco, and 3 oysters for only $25. The oysters were absolutely delicious, but honestly everything was. The fish and shrimp were so flavorful and weren’t overpowered by the toppings. You can guarantee I will be back. Also, the owner was so friendly, you can tell he’s passionate about his business and his customers! Phenomenal experience. There is also some great outdoor seating behind the truck which makes it super cozy.

First time sourcing oysters in Ontario, a quiet little alley between two buildings, and it was honestly perfection. It's a quiet area on Locke St, the alley behind the truck is pleasant and relaxing, the owner was so friendly and happy to be there. Those things make the difference. The oysters themselves were superb. The cheesecake was SO rich and creamy. I can't praise this spot enough. I will definitely be a return customer.

Can’t say enough good about the quality of product these guys deliver. My oysters arrive every Thursday 2 to 3 days after the harvest date ( which is as good as they come in this neck of the woods ) All from Cascumpec P.E.I they never disappoint in taste and freshness. I’ve been working with the team at the Shuck Truck at Sasso Pizza Market and Bar here in Hamilton for 5 or 6 years now and we haven’t looked back. The service and quality from the entire team is top notch and should be noted by the industry. We’ve worked with other companies and many different types of oysters and since working with them, we have not ordered oysters from anywhere else. Even during the off season when the Sweet Love oysters aren’t available, we’ve made the tough decision not to offer oysters on our menu (which from what I know, we are the only ones on the mountain to serve fresh oysters). We stand by the product and their standards and won’t serve anything less. If you’re looking to put oysters on your menu or want a top quality product, get a hold of these guys because you won’t find anything better around here.

Been meaning to check out The Shuck Truck for awhile now and I'm grateful I finally did! Such a friendly chef/owner working there on Sunday. Tried the haddock taco, shrimp taco and fries. Everything was so fresh and flavourful we got our tacos spicy and it was perfect 🤤🌮 We also asked for their hot sauce on the side which was mango haberno and it was epic!! Absolutely delicious. Super cute little patio in the back as well. Can't wait to go back! 🔥💖

Had an awesome time today at the shuck truck. Their food is absolutely delicious and their service and atmosphere are top notch. The workers Sam and Chris/Kris were really welcoming, kind, hospitable and funny. We had a wonderful dining experience in their patio area and can't wait to come back. We ordered the haddock anti shawarma and the shrimp PO boy and they were both 10/10. The prices and portions are really reasonable as well. This place is a must try!

We went for a walk down Locke street after eating at a local restaurant. Saw the Shuck Truck for the first time, but they were closed for an hour. Got to talking to the owner who was still there. She was kind enough to reopen just for us and shucked a dozen oysters on the half shell. Very fresh, very tasty and very nice…thank you so much! I’d recommend taking the time to search this place out and enjoy a fresh plate of oysters.

Great food and awesome atmosphere !! Love the Anti-Shawarma Wrap, PO'Boy, and Fish & Shrimp Tacos- and definitely love that they're now selling JC's Bagels too!! (Plus, their Lime Cheesecake is a great treat when they have it!) Staff are great, the patio space is cozy, and dogs are not only allowed but encouraged! Definitely stop by if you haven't already :)
