What a delightful place! The tea service and tea choices were impressive. The table looked beautiful and the food was very good. We were treated to some wonderful conversation from the owner. You can tell they like the business they are in and treat you accordingly.

We went for Mothers Day High Tea. They were short staffed making the service slow (tea took 30 minutes, the tray of selections almost an hour) we were not in a hurry, but the reason for the 4* Good selection of sweet and savoury. The clotted cream and fresh jam was a nice touch, but I didn’t find all of the treats the freshest, or they have a drier baking style. We were advised to bring take out containers and we did have items to take home. The portions were good. The plant for each mother was a nice touch.

Mother's day celebration at this place and we left disappointed. Although the food was good and the tea was decent, the whole event felt very disorganized and it resulted in extremely long wait times. It took 1.5 hours to even receive the food and the only two tables with children were served among the last ones. Thank you and sorry to say this but in comparison to other tea rooms we have visited, this was the worst one so far. Not coming back.

I took my British grandmother here for her 89th birthday and we had a lovely experience! The service was top notch, the food was amazing, and it was such a cute atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun themed lunch for a bridal shower or birthday.

Beautiful gem in St Catharines. The afternoon tea was excellent, great quality organic tea. The tea sandwiches, savoury and sweet treats were fantastic. The service is impeccable. Loved the tea room. We will definitely come back.

This place is all about British way of having tea. It's my husband's birthday, so we took him to Savoy Room. He loved it a lot. Thanks to the staff for making this an amazing time and day for him.
