The Saj Wraps is a new restaurant in Toronto opened more than 6 months ago.

Over 5,000 years ago, the Phoenicians skillfully crafted a unique, flat bread by baking it on a dome-shaped clay oven known as a 'Saj'. Aptly named 'Saj Bread', this ancient creation remains one of the healthiest bread varieties, boasting a recipe free of additives. Today, The Saj Wraps Restaurant is proud to carry on this culinary legacy, offering freshly prepared Wraps, Manakish, and Pide that cater to diverse tastes and palates. Each dish is baked on-site, providing a customizable experience with a wide range of delicious ingredients to choose from. Since 2011, our family has been dedicated to sharing our passion for Middle Eastern cuisine in a warm and welcoming fast-casual dining setting.

Highly recommend! Very authentic and tasty saj wraps and bides. Try the stuffed crust meat mix pie! It’s out of this world. The service is also excellent and the staff are kind and thoughtful!

I am always on a lookout for a good Manakish and was pleasantly surprised at Saj Wraps. Za'atar Cheese Manakish was pretty good, fresh and hot and so was lentil soup. Highly recommended.

I went here for dinner with my friends. The quality of the food was good and acceptable. However, I noticed an issue: there was only one person taking orders and preparing the food, which caused a delay when serving two customers at the same time. This place seems to be more designed for takeout. The food prices were fair and reasonable, and we really enjoyed the taste of the dishes.

Such a stunning little jem. Loved the dining space, there were UNO cards that we played while waiting for the order, which actually did not take much time and also very decently priced. Loved the taste, and staff was very sweet and friendly. Definitely must try if you’re around.

So I've been to this place a few times and every time I've gone back they've made improvements to the menu, quality, service and size of their wraps. Today the wrap was so good with a great portion and mixture of ingredients I had to write a review. You will not be disappointed with this gem! If you're ever in the mood for a healthy wrap packed with flavors and goodness look no further!

I recently dined at The Saj, and it was an absolute delight! This restaurant offers an authentic taste of Jordan with its mouthwatering manakish, Jordanian-style wraps, and pide. The flavors are simply outstanding, and the quality of ingredients shines through in every bite. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make the dining experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a culinary journey to Jordan, The Saj is the place to be. Highly recommended! 🇯🇴🍽️👌

I love this place! The first time I tried it, it was at their College St. Location and I always remember it fondly. I decided to go into their Bloor street location and give it a try. It was as every bit as good as I remember. I got their falafel wrap on a spinach flatbread. Got their sauces and their veggies except the onion. Very flavourful and satisfying. I remember taking my time with it as I sat in their dining area. At the time no one else was there. A lady was waiting in the window seat for her order of 4 to 5 wraps when I first arrived. They were doing a staff switch over when my order got placed by the employee just starting. Really fast service. Friendly too. I had recently tried falefels elsewhere and had been craving them. Getting this wrap was enjoyable & convenient. I was heading to the library for the day and managed to save some for later. Fastforward a few weeks later I decided to try their chicken wrap on a basil flatbread. Still delicious with all the fixings. The only thing I noticed about their chicken that I didn't particularly like was it had some semi hard cartilage pieces in it. They were inedible. Aside from that the ambiance seemed rather relaxing. Some Turkish music played and they have a small collection of plants and games on the ready for those desiring to play. While thier display looks a little dusty, they have an ecclectic combination of things. They also have some cool art on the walls. The exposed brick wall is indeed appealing. Oh yeah, the price point, I paid $11 for a wrap plus tip, which amounted to about $13. That is very, very decent. Definitely plan on returning at some point.
