Damn, this place used to be such a great place with cool servers and a pay to play pool system. NOW, there is a Martha Stewart wanna be running around and you have to pay to own the table for an hour or 30 minutes and if you do…..congrats!!! Martha will be watching your every move! fire that employee look as past reviews, rhino is a true Toronto pool bar, she is really ruining things.

I need to give a shout out to Justin who served us last night. I was part of a large group of like 40 using the skylight room. He was on the ball, fast and I was so amazed on how he remembered so many of our names after only meeting us just that night. He made your establishment a lot profit that night by always being there and making sure to ask us if we wanted another drink if he saw we were done with previous one. Girls at the bar making the drinks were spot on. Almost all in that group at end of night said the server(Justin) was unreal. Please pass this on to him. Also drinks and food were great! Thanks for a great night. A lot of us were from outside GTA and rest local within the city.

Let’s be honest we always just review the restaurant but as a former employee, I have to say the chef and manager and ownership treats. The staff absolutely horrible. They don’t pay us overtime 12 to 14 hours without a break sometimes you’re working 7 to 10 days straight then having only one day off. And then you get screamed and yelled at all the stuff treated like garbage. I now understand why the turnover rate with employees and staff there are so high. I’m surprised they’re able to open the doors. I waited 12 weeks to receive my final paycheck.

Have it a 5 wanted a 4. But the rating needs to be a little higher. The gentleman that greeted me was very welcoming . Had 3 diff bartenders so no real welcome feeling food ? Great for the pup atmosphere. Pretzel WOW that mustard side was fantastic they handled rowdy table well. female manager at night not sure if she was but out of her element. I like this bar foods very good and a good atmosphere. I will be back.

Beef dip was a little disappointing. It's always better on a baguette or bun, not sliced bread. It was missing some sort of creamy horseradish, either on the sandwich or on the side in my opinion. Large beer selection and some pool tables.

I really enjoy bars where you can have drinks and play pool. The pool tables were amazing and an excellent beer selection. It was my first time here, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I found this place on Queen Street, which seemed very welcoming. They have ample seating indoors and outdoors. A good selection of beers and hamburguers and sandwiches. There are also a few pool tables if you want to have a game. Good experience overall

The Rhino is a pretty good spot for dinner and drinks! The patio is huge and so nice, perfect for a warm sunny day and for people-watching. The inside is nice in the evenings, especially for a game of pool on their pool tables upstairs. It’s busy on weekends though, so I’d reserve. The vegan fish and chips are really good, and the tartar sauce definitely makes it. The drinks are also quite good, and quite strong. My one caveat is that the service here is not great. I’ve been twice and had rude servers both times, always a bit short with me and my group, or making sarcastic comments that feel a bit judgmental. It’s a shame because I think if the servers were kinder and more patient, the place would be a home run. Super thankful for the great vegan options, and it’s still a nice atmosphere overall.
