Its been a weird experience for me tbh. restaurant is very strategic and easy to access. But when i walked into the restaurant (2nd floor), there were some people who were leaving, slipped from the stairs, one of the employees just looked, did nothing, and walked away (definitely not the best customer service imo). Whole place is a great vibe! Very different from regular restaurants. Feels like we are being transported to another country, which is amazing! We ordered risotto (not the best according to my friends), onion rings (very bland), fries (ok?), sourdough crumpets (ok? Feels like we’re eating english muffins), fish and chips (decent), and salmon (salmon is great, but the potatoes tasted very oily for me). I would definitely come for the drinks and vibe. But food wise…definitely had better. Sorry

The Rabbit Hole, an Oliver & Bonacini establishment, offers a charming, oldworld British pub ambiance. The design is impressive, with antique clocks adorning the walls and other classic touches. However, the dining experience was somewhat underwhelming. While the service was friendly, it felt rushed, particularly during the peak dinner hour. A minor oversight occurred when our birthday celebration request was missed, a detail that could have enhanced the special occasion. The food was a mixed bag. The Scotch eggs were a standout, perfectly cooked with a runny yolk. The salad was fresh and tasty. The steak was well prepared, and the herb butter added a delightful flavour. However, the steak pie was a bit disappointing. The meat was more braised than expected, and the generous portion of mashed potatoes overshadowed the filling. For dessert, the chocolate pudding was rich and decadent, though perhaps a bit too dense. The sticky toffee pudding was good, but a few additional pieces of date would have elevated the flavour. Overall, the Rabbit Hole is a decent dining experience, but it doesn't quite live up to the expectations associated with an Oliver & Bonacini restaurant. The prices are higher than anticipated, and the overall experience could be improved with more attentive service and a few tweaks to the menu.

Wonderful service, flavourful delicious creative food a unique fun cocktails! Monami served us on the patio, she was so lovely. Very attentive and knowledgeable, perfectly present and available without being obtrusive. The salt and vinegar chips were so flavourful. The Risotto though, oh my gosh it was insane. Every bite a different fresh delicious flavour. Happy hour is a great deal for their lovely cocktails

A solid 4 stars. Cocktail is $12 during happy hour, some are decent but some are watery and lacking of flavours. Food is on the salty side. Portion is good and won’t left you hungry. Interesting combination for beef tartare. Music is too loud and the AC is too cold. Difficult to have a conversation. Washroom is in the basement, need to take the stairs, so may not be ideal for people with limited mobility.

Old school London style pub with great food offering. The pie was fantastic (sorry started eating before taking a photo) & can recommend the cod. For dessert the brulee was delicious 😋

Did a quick and dirty city hall wedding followed by dinner here with immediate family, they KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. Food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were phenomenal. Lakshay and co did an excellent job. Beef Wellington blew our minds. Soup was also incredible! And wow, I did not expect the sticky toffee pudding to be as good as it was. Don’t think I have ever had it before but now it’s definitely one of my fav desserts. Would 100% go back!

I organized a work lunch at their semi-private room and we had a great experience! The staff was ready to help, super friendly staff. Everyone in my team enjoyed the food and the drinks, their drinks or so well crafted! It really is such a cute spot for semi-private events, the room itself has much personality. The scotch egg and beef tartare were super good, we all enjoyed them!

The waiter was very friendly as he checked on us many times. The food was excellent, especially scotch egg and the dessert pudding. Just a bit more expensive than I expected. Still worth it to try these unique dishes that I have never heard of before.
