The Poke Box

Usually come here for lunch a few times a week! Safe to say me and girlfriend have had a lot of satisfying lunches and the service is usually great! Consistency wise it's usually great but today on a not very busy day strangely we felt a lot more rushed, and realized that for one of our bowls we weren't asked for finishes, but were too shy to come back and ask for it. We thought we'd just make do and split our finishes at home but also just noticed overall we had a lot less protein and toppings than usual (usually my gf struggles to finish her small, but today she crushed it so 😅 make what you want of that). Will be back but hopefully the consistency can stay up!

I recently ordered a poke bowl from this place, and while most of it was decent, the avocado was not fresh. It was rotten which took away from the overall experience. For the price, I expected fresher ingredients. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to quality in the future because the rest of the bowl was good, but the avocado really let it down. EDIT: The owner reached out and offered a compensation, which I really appreciate. It shows that they care about their customers and are willing to make things right. I will give them another try and adjust my review accordingly.

Great food with great portion sizes :) will come here again for sure. I am vegan and got a regular size of one of their signatures, Little Island, I recommend.

TPB is located in a nice shopping center, the employees had an upbeat vibe and great music playing when I walked in. I was greeted by the employees immediately and both were super nice. I made a custom bowl and let me say, the portions are generous…I ordered a small and it was way more than I should have eaten, but I finished it no problem. I am not from the area and had done a google search to find a place to eat dinner. I’m sooo glad I stopped in The Poke Box. I highly recommend!

Really great quality food and attentive staff. Came in during a service rush and they would kindly tell delivery drivers an estimated wait time while multi-tasking with in-store customers. I watched them change one of the ingredient bins because it was past due so I know everything’s fresh!! Amazing selection of poke for a good price too!

Ok first, the people were incredibly patient with us and very helpful and friendly. The Poké bowls were incredible. The toppings were fresh, including the pickled ginger which was a very pleasant surprise. We arrived at around 2 on a Wednesday and were extremely pleased to find that we were the only ones and even got a parking spot right out front. The servings were fair and, oh, did I mention, all the ingredients were really fresh? It's worth saying twice. We will absolutely be going back. Our whole family will LOVE to hear about it. Great find! So full! 😊

the inventor of poke bowls deserves nothing but the world. thank you for your contribution to human civilization. the workers here are so kind and so willing to lend a helping hand, this was my first time coming here so i didn’t know what to expect, but they helped me make a bowl that was so scrumptious. i got a small and i genuinely could not finish. packed with protein and flavour, this place is so delicious.

I've been going here almost every week. Was quite satisfied with the food, the service portions before. I didn't mind that they increased the price. What I don't like and is making me think twice of going back is the inconsistency of portions. Depending on who is serving you. The portions could get noticeably limited. If I'm paying for a large I expect a large not a regular in a bigger bowl. I hope this improves quickly. They will lose regular customers
