The Pizzeria

Ordered two (2) trays of MEAT LOVERS pizza the day BEFORE we needed them… New years Eve day for New Year’s Day. Ordered the pizzas WELL DONE ! $80 later….whenmy husband brought home ( 14 people I voted and this was the main food item ), and uncovered, the two of the meat items the pizzas were charred and actually burned. ham and Italian sausage bites…pepperoni was in tact. Everyone was removing these items and some justonly ate one slice. One full tray left over….very unusual for this much pizza with 14 people to be not eaten. I called today ( the next day ) and explained to two different people the situation, and our experience with soo many guests. I explained that these pizzas should never have been allowed to pass “ the eye test “ that is, have been given to the customer. First Gentleman said we would get a free pizza, then I was passed on to another ‘more senior gentleman’ who listened, apologized etc…and offered us a ‘discount on next order’, not a free pizza as the first one had said ! ! NO THANKYOU, for poor product to be given to customer, poor customer service with two different options given to me on the phone. Next time, better to stick to pizza at home or as my son says….best pizzas are in WELLAND, and worth the 20 minute drive ! !

As per your request, I am posting the picture of the pizza. First off, I want to say that we order from you exclusively and never disappointed. The pizza we order tonight was cooked more than usual. We always order cup n char and understand that it is cooked differently, however the crust was burnt. We will continue to order from you because of the great service, good food and your story. We ordered from The Pizzeria for the first time on Saturday. Our two young children are quite the pizza critics after having eaten it so much in Europe. The homemade dough and sauce used by The Pizzeria are perfect! We asked for it to be well done which gave it that extra crunch we prefer. This place will now become our local go-to for Takeout pizza. The delivery was also on time and the gentleman was very polite.

Ordered pizza and 2 lbs of wings. Everything was delicious. Fed 3 starving teenagers and 2 adults. Food disappeared Buffalo Medium sauce on sweet side and not spicy so order spicy if u like the heat. Delivery lady extra sweet. I had to hike from 12 floor to get the food and she was so patient

Tasty Pizza with a great crust. Wings are decent. Do try th mozzarella sticks. Prices are great and the portions are good. Amazing service and fast kitchen. Clean facility and washrooms. No WiFi. TV to keep you entertained. Patio available. Nice wall art with a good amount of seating in the dining room. Beer on tap and Plenty of free parking. No credit card surcharge. Bit too quiet in the dining area.

My wife and I do order pizza from the pizzeria and really like it but there new pasta menu is soooooo good. My wife had the chicken parm dinner which she thought was amazing only thing her own preference a little bit more sauce lol,my daughter's lasagna was great way better than any where else I've ordered. Now me chicken parm on a bun I really don't like it from anywhere but was surprised it was very good I can totally recommend this more to anyone than any other Italian food restaurant out there, food was spot on and ready in 35 minutes like they told me. A side note the mozzarella sticks are to die for soooo good . Please make a rigatoni bolonase for me I will order it every time So they have revamped there pasta menu and ohh wow was it goid so good better than last time thx so much for the delicious food

My God. It was the absolute perfect pizza. We had the bacon double cheeseburger pizza combo with two pounds of wings. And the wings were the biggest I ever had and the pizza was perfect. The owner came around and talked and was really personable. The server was awesome. They are searching for a chef to expand their menu and I cannot wait because they believe in quality. Also in the dining room they have 3 screen t.v.s on sports. Awesome. And they have patio which looks comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment.

We thought we try a new pizzeria in niagara falls, so we tried "The Pizzeria" for the first time ever. So we ordered the 12 slice pizza, with 2lbs of wings. 1lb Hot, and 1lb Honey Garlic on Monday December 21 @10:05pm, and the food was amazing. Staff was very friendly over the phone and once i arrived. Wings were nice jumbo wings and meaty. Pizza was cooked perfectly and very delicious. It was not oily like most pizzas. Highly recommend going to this pizzeria we are sure to keep on going back!
