The owners are vietnamese and they are very friendly and helpful. Ordered the large pho and the beef ribs pho on the hot stone and both were delicious . Recommend this Pho restaurat.

The best Vietnamese restaurant ever!! Good price worth every dollar 💵. Restaurant and food are very clean and nicely decorated. It’s authentic and delicious. Vietnamese coffee/ice-coffee are second to none in coffee culture! Love it from a Thai person 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭

Dined in after 8pm, only 2 tables including me. I ordered their signature roasted bone marrow pho dac biet. Very disappointed. Everything is just warm, the noodles is not even fully cooked. I could even feel the "hard part" of the noodles. Marrow is fat. Imagine it is merely warm, and how greasy in the mouth!

Friendly service! Kind and generous! The food is delicious. HUGE portions compared to other restaurants! Definitely a place you should check out! Beautiful interior too! Definitely recommend and I would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed their Vietnamese Iced Coffee! Came by in the late afternoon so we only had a snack, but will definitely come back to try out their entree’s. Service was great & seating was very spacious and comfortable.

Hands down one of the best pho restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The portions are huge, we could barely finish our food. We ordered the rice flour roll, house special pho, and vermicelli with grilled chicken. Everything was so delicious! Their viet coffees are also very tasty. 100% would recommend!

Five-star dining experience at The One Pho! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were treated like honored guests. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. As for the food, flavours were well balanced and the quality of the meat was superior. The One Pho has certainly set the bar high for Vietnamese cuisine in the area. Highly recommend!

For their first day open, my experience was very good. The quality of the beef is very high. The brisket was incredibly tender, the broth was flavourful and the large pho was an impressive sized bowl. The deep fried spring rolls were perfectly crispy and the filling was on point. Our servers were quite friendly and welcoming but you could tell there are still some growing pains. Service and timing will work itself out but the overall quality of the food is high so I know this new spot will busy. To be honest, I think the price is reasonable and reflects the quality. It’s not cheap but also not as pricey as some of the newer spots in north Scarborough/south Markham. I have tried dozens of pho restaurants and can say I am definitely putting this place in my rotation.
