If one can brave the parking lot and have the patience to find a parking spot then endure the long weekend lineups for dim sum you’ll be fully rewarded with delicious large portioned dishes at The One Fusion Cuisine. Dishes are flavourful and are very well priced given the very generous portions. Would like to return more often, but am deterred by the long wait times for dim sum. Would really like to see a reservation based dim sum experience in the future.

One of the top Chinese restaurant in York Region. An upscale service without the higher prices. Some of their specialities are amazing. They had lobster with noodles on special. I am not a lobster fan but loved it. Their pork buns were so light, flaky, and delicious. It wasn't overly sweet like others I had tried wherever. Loved it. We tried their Octopus in a small basket with spicy sauce, also great. The sticky rice pyramid in the picture, had so many fresh ingredients. Note that they always have a long lineup for lunch. We went on a Monday after 1pm and got right in.

Good value jumbo size dim sum restaurant. I don’t think they are one of those having flat rate dim sum on weekdays but their quality definitely attract customers. Sunday afternoon 2:50pm and we can still hear the queue announcement for seat. I haven’t come for dine in dim sum for years but they definitely keep the quality and taste. But honestly, I think the size is too oversized and if you only come with two persons or so, you can’t try many things or need to pack the left over home all the time. I prefer a smaller size of ha gou and siu mai (like I rather like golf ball size than tennis ball in this case). It is still recommended if you have a large group of ppl, definitely you can cut into smaller portion to share. Make sure you got to make reservation earlier and this restaurant seems to be packed easily.

Craving dim sum for few weeks then decided to go today. It is a weekday and I got there before 12, still, had to wait for a table. Luckily I got seated after about 15 minutes. I ordered 4 dishes, beef ribs, pork pastry, ha gao, beef tripe. Food came fast enough. I am not sure it’s because I have been eating clean for too long or not, although the food taste just like before, it is a little too heavy for me. I didn’t quite finish despite small portion, Paid $50 for the meal. I would not say it’s for everyone. Huge lineup outside when I left. Not sure it’s worth the wait

I had dim sum. Some of the dumplings are way too big and fall apart. Sometimes less is more. Some flavors or pairings were a bit odd for Cantonese dim sum, which this is not. Pumpkin chestnut congee actually was pretty tasty. No cash discounts here. The decor looks glittery and seemingly high-end, but quite a few dishware had chips and stains on it. This could be overlooked if the food was better. Not impressed.

Some of the dim sum was tasty and very plump. The shiu mai and pan fried dumplings were my two favourites out for the dishes I got. I feel like it was very pricey and I can get similarly good dim sum elsewhere for a lower price. Giving it a low rating because of the service. It took almost 1 and a half hours for them to serve the 6 dishes that I ordered. I was seeing other tables who came after me get their food before me when we ordered the same things. Very disappointed overall at the experience.

Definitely a staple for us for a regular weekly Chinese dinner with the family. They offer a la carte but also set menus which are pretty good. The food has all been great so far, and one of their off the set menu items, the lotus leaf wrapped rice is a family favourite. Definitely make reservations because like any Chinese restaurant it gets pretty busy during dinner time.

I had an amazing experience at One Fusion Cuisine, especially when it comes to their dim sum! The variety and quality were top-notch – the shrimp dumplings and egg yolk buns were absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried was fresh and full of flavor. A special shoutout to Manager Ben, who made our visit even more enjoyable with his friendly and attentive service. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great dim sum and exceptional service in Toronto!
