The Oakville Pump & Patio

My wife and I recently ordered 2 Caribbean bowls on New Year’s Day. We called the restaurant regarding minor issue. The manager immediately acknowledged misunderstanding and took care of matter. I am so proud to have this restaurant as our local go to place. The people are amazing but most importantly, they care about their customers and their experience. They take accountability for quality of food. I have been and I’ll continue to be a regular customer as I order at least twice a week from here!

Too bad there are only 5 Stars available for service.....Hayley W. was at least double that ! Polite, prompt, attentive, good sense of humour and an all round efficient server. An extensive menu. I had the ribs and they were truly as described "fall off the bone". A nice birthday treat. 👍👍Thank you Paul

This is an excellent restaurant. The food, the atmosphere and the staff are incredible. I frequent this restaurant often and am almost always served by Heather. She is extremely professional and clearly loves looking after her customers. She is one of the best bartenders / servers in the industry and the Oakville Pump is extremely fortunate to have her.

I'm always searching for a good buffalo chicken wrap and finally came across my new favourite. Everything is of excellent quality and the service was top notch. The GM here is a handsome fella and clearly cares about his work. Don't forget to add the gravy...I felt like a I was a kid again on Thanksgiving.

I love to go to different places for lunch with friends. I saw The Oakville Pump & Patio read reviews, perused the menu, great and varied selection and decided to go. Will, one of my closest friends, and I visited on September 18th, where we enjoyed excellent cuisine, an impressive selection, and a lovely patio. We both had a highly refreshing and flavorful freshly pressed cider, recommended by Heather.🧡👍🏻🫶🏻😊🍑 I chose the Caribbean Bowl: wild rice, mango salsa, fresh avocado, corn and black bean salsa, bell pepper, coleslaw, scallions, and added jerk chicken - WOW it was absolutely delicious! I loved the combination of different vegetables with the perfectly done jerk chicken. I’ve had a lot of different bowls, this one is the best. ❤️👍🏻🫶🏼 My friend ordered the Pump Club: Grilled chicken, bacon, black forest ham, cheddar cheese, lettuce, mayo on marble rye, added pickles and no tomato. He said it was equally delicious. The inside and outside is beautiful. We sat on the patio: wood, flowers, black umbrellas with comfortable black and grey tables/seating, very classy. Our waitress Heather was top notch, fun to speak with, attentive, great service. Heather is a real asset. Thanks Heather!!!!! We’ll definitely be back. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

I've been to Pump and Patio multiple times, and each visit has been a great experience. The food is the best — everything we've tried has been super tasty, and the prices are good. The customer service is excellent. I also love the live music and the covered terrace. Highly recommend!

I enjoy going to this local pub which is less than a kilometre from my house. They have generous portions and on this occasion I shared a chicken sandwich with my friend which was more than enough. The service can be a bit slow so don’t expect to be in a rush. The variety of wines is sufficient and caters for most pallets.
