Had the pleasure to use Marco for a special catered birthday party event. The North was highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Beyond our expectations in quality of presentation and variety of dishes. The Sushi platter was most impressive! Thank you Marco and staff for being so accommodating in a tight time frame at a very busy time of year.

We enjoyed an amazing dinner. I had the Pumpkin Seed crusted Atlantic Cod and my husband had the Chicken Fettucine. So fresh and delicious! The ambiance was lovely--I really enjoyed the decor. Service was excellent--thank you Ivana! Price is quite reasonable. Our meals plus one cocktail came to $83.00. Considering the servings were very generous, price is very reasonable, especially when you consider food prices. Beautiful patio that we hope to visit in Spring. We'll certainly come back. Thank you Chef Marco for coming to chat with us!

The food was pretty good, the drinks need some work, the service was really slow and we kind of felt like we were bothering our server. We were there almost 4 hours. The desserts and coffee were amazing. Used to be better years ago.

The tasting menu at the North was exquisite. The quality of each dish and presentation were top shelf. We had an amazing dining experience lasting over 3 hours. Here are all the dishes we had. Come hungry.

Service was attentive by Marlene. The seafood was very good and fresh. The presentation was excellent. The finishing salt was a little heavy and made the food a little too salty. Some of the dishes were very similar in taste so maybe lacking in variety of flavours. The restaurant was surprisingly dated inside. It seemed like a friendly place and we would go again.

Went there for the dinner with friends. The atmosphere was amazing, very nice and polite stuff. Moreover, the food was excellent! I had pasta and it was delicious. I also tried a cheesecake and it was much better than I expected. Also shout out for serving of dishes. Would definitely come there more.

My wife selected The North Restaurant from a Google search and liked the menu. We met good friends there for dinner on a Thursday evening. Parking was available just outside. We walked in to a very friendly place greeted by the staff. We were seated right away and ordered some very nice wine. Our server was very polite and experienced regarding the dishes being served that evening. However, only a few of the menu items were available and other dishes were being offered. All of which sounded very good. I had the swordfish with risotto, couscous and red cabbage. Each ingredient in its own flavourful sauce. I know I stopped a couple of times to tell my wife and friends how good my meal tasted. My friend had the baked chicken with asparagus on risotto. We all left The North Restaurant pleased and satisfied. We also agreed that we would make this a good place to meet and eat. Cheers
