My sons 44 th birthday was yesterday. We celebrated by having lunch at the Lucky Penny 333 Merritt St in St Catherine’s. Our server Ian could not have been more accommodating or helpful. The Penny is a throwback pub specializing in pub grub and beer topped off with pool table shenanigans by the grandson, son, and Grandpa. Cheeseburgers and fries were the delicious delicacy of the day. The place was full of locals chatting bragging and laughing. Our kind of place! 5 star throwback. Highly recommended!

My husband ordered Monday's special, Chicken burger and fries but he made the fries a potine instead. I ordered the pork kabobs. The food was delicious and customer service was just right. The pricing is really good too. The place is clean and there is so many things to do. If we weren't limited on time we definitely would have stayed longer. Entertainment wise you won't be disappointed. They have like 4 or 5 big screen TV's, a pool table, darts and like 5 gaming systems. (Those slot machine like ones. Sorry, not sure what they're called.) They even have some type of golf game maching and of course a jukebox. We will definitely be going back. Our compliments to the chef.

Not surprised, but after being there again Saturday evening (Sept. 28th), I left with nothing but admiration for both servers working that evening. Super friendly, most attentive and extremely professional....both of them!! Wings were absolutely amazing as well!!

Good food , cold drinks , small place Rock of 80s was awesome!! Saturday night with the Hooligans was awesome Great night at the Lucky 🍀 Penny Back yesterday and Country Brew was fantastic, everyone had a blast

THE best place for Wings! The food is always excellent, always prepared and made on time… the staff are always top notch, happy, personable, and always on the ball.. you never have to wait for a drink! The owner is always so friendly and very welcoming to everyone, whether regulars or newcomers! Great team of people behind the bar & their bands on Saturday nights are always a fun time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

Amazing staff!! They really go above and beyond for their customers!! Bar totally redone inside!!! Definitely a hidden gem in merritton now!!! Food is BOMB!!!
